Service attitude is average

I booked a sophisticated king-size room with a washer and dryer, but my clothes turned out like this. I can understand discoloration, but what does it mean when there are stains all over them? After talking to the store, they confirmed that it was discoloration. How could your clothes fade like this?

After entering the room, I found that the room smelled very strong of aromatherapy, which was actually to cover up the stench coming from the toilet in the bathroom. I contacted the hotel staff to report that the bathroom was very smelly, and a staff member came to clean the toilet, but it only lasted for a while, and the smell became stronger again after a while. I reported this to the front desk when I checked out in the morning, but they didn't even apologize or explain the matter, which was very perfunctory. I was very dissatisfied with this stay
