嘻嘻體驗很好，以後又多了一個週末遊玩的好地方✌️✌️服務人員態度都非常好，又主動又熱情，還有幫忙解決小問題😁朋友們，放心沖！性價比真的很高，而且交通非常方便，大家可以來體驗體驗！果然不虛此行，雖然人比較多，但架不住美呀，全程驚喜連連

躺床上有煙味，另外工作人員的服務意識很不好，十點多我們打前台電話問能不能多給我們一副牙刷，順便再來一瓶水，結果等了很久，二次催促才上來一副牙刷；凌晨一點多，我們一家三口剛入睡沒多久，床頭鈴響了兩次，機器人送錯了餐，我們給放到了門口，過了一會兒前台又打來詢問，為什麼送錯了你們自己不能上來先看下，一般人不是自己的肯定會放門口的。我是個平常二次睡眠很難入睡的人，就因為這3個電話，我熬到3點多才睡着，而且隔音很差，隔壁在打電話好吵的

前台辦理業務一定要好好培訓 ，經常來入住今天三點就訂了酒店預訂成功 結果到酒店告訴我沒有訂單 是攜程沒有聯控到漢庭 我去投訴攜程 攜程一諮詢説是酒店操作不對沒找到 現在已經找到了 無語
