The ihg intercontinental hotel does not have footstools, toilet seats or bed guards for children. It's true that they don't have them, not that they have been used up. It was quite unexpected. We booked a superior king-size room. After observation, we found that it should be no different from an ordinary king-size room in terms of area and windows. I recommend that you don't waste money. The breakfast room is quite small. It was too busy at 8:30. There were only two people working there. The food was basically empty and there was no refill. There was no place to sit either, so we could only stand next to others and wait.
Finally, the location is really good, with Vientiane City just downstairs.

🏨首先，酒店的乾淨衞生程度真的讓我印象深刻，住着特別舒心，上一次也住了南京的連鎖店，也很不錯。
💳房卡的設計也很有創意，是木質的，拿在手裡質感十足。
🛏️房間也很寬敞舒適，一夜好眠，還有手機可以投屏！！晚上回去躺着投屏看電視，這個功能真是大讚。

早上7點不到，就被裝修的聲音吵醒。

這是一個奇葩的酒店，避雷，處處都是雷點，必須給差評，1星是給保安大叔的，給他幫忙指路的。
以下是作為攜程金鈷老會員的吐槽：
1，酒店物業位於華潤一座三四十層高層樓宇的5~7層，共用電梯；大堂不在同一棟樓裏，去大堂得拐兩個彎；停車場與萬象城共用，節假日容易堵車，進停車場費時。
2，邊上就是萬象城，雖然吃飯購物非常方便，但周邊全都是餐飲，客房走廊都是油煙味，感覺是在火鍋店裡，房間打開窗户，一股菜味飄進來。
3，【重點】：所訂的套房，打開房門，一股濃重的劣質空氣清新劑氣味，難以理解，一個新酒店，噴這麼多空氣清新劑幹嘛，為了掩蓋什麼味道呢，叫保潔阿姨來體驗下，她也説噴多了，從四點半入住，開窗通風到晚上九點，還是無法散去空氣清新劑味道，薰得眼淚直流、喉嚨痛、頭暈，因為春節假期酒店已滿房，也太晚了，不想折騰換酒店，忍受了一個晚上。
4，隔音太差，走廊説話聲音聽得清清楚楚，衞生間流水聲也是猶如在耳邊。衣櫃的夜燈無法關閉，動不動就自動亮起。

整體很乾凈，設施都很新，細節做到位，房間內開關鍵都很暗床品也比較舒適，睡得很不錯。三樓直通萬象城，非常方便。1樓有洗衣房和健身房，也可以免費停車，周邊吃的非常多，以為再鬧去會比較吵，但是房間內基本聽不到外面的聲音。非常滿意！

總體入住體驗感極好！
地理位置：優越，在金融中心和萬象城旁邊。很適合旅遊和商務出差。樓下有各種餐廳和美食店鋪。
房間體驗：洗漱台用品齊全，洗浴用品很好（很喜歡洗髮水和護髮素的香味），前台貼心地給我提供了刮鬍刀。四個枕頭分軟枕和硬枕，冬天外面就算很冷，房間也很暖和！睡眠質量很好。
早餐體驗：早餐樣品豐富，我起得晚，臨近收餐，但早餐廳範範姐還給我貼心的額外切了很多哈密瓜，很親切！在此表達感謝！
