環境差床上都是螞蟻，設施老舊破損路燈都不亮存在嚴重安全問題。導致我家長者摔倒，不願處理態度極差，報警後還推脱責任和關係與本民宿無關。經警方調解後衹願賠償本地醫葯費，後續醫葯費不願賠償。聽本地人説這樣的事情已經好多次了。希望廣大旅遊者引以為戒。

民宿離碼頭很近，有車接送很方便。房間雖然朝北，比想象中要好很多，性價比高，會有潮濕感，靠海能接受。可以借電動車，價格合適。

房間內部古香古色，設施比較齊全，燈光比較暗（夜裡基本照明），外部就是農家樂狀態，門窗是古舊的木質門窗樣式。
二樓有露台可以遠眺梅花灣和港口，景色很贊。
阿姨很熱心，幫忙聯繫了電瓶車租賃和各種實用指南。

當時去入住的時候和老闆溝通了，説能不能延遲兩個小時退房，因為外面非常非常的熱，就不想出去玩了老闆當時也明確地説了，如果沒有人定這個房子的話就可以，然後老闆當時不在那個前台阿姨説已經有人定了這個房子 並且第二天12:00的時候我去退房的時候沒有找到前台 前台阿姨來的第一句就是昨天來的 其他的人已經走了，意思就是催我們快點走了唄 並且我走了的時候特意地看了我們的那間房那間房並沒有出租門是開着的 能把手也是壞的，能不能關？衹能鎖起來的時候可以首先也沒有修，但是我覺得影響也不大 結果我去浴室的時候洗澡的那個水是冷的 衹有洗臉的那個水是熱的 然後卧室的那個地板是爛的 是一整塊都是爛的剛好那個地方就要通往浴室就容易摔倒 我當時覺得還好吧，然後注意一下就沒事兒，畢竟280多塊錢也不求什麼 我在退房後我們準備去吃午飯就租了那個電瓶車那個前台阿姨説要30塊錢一個小時因為我們説的是吃個飯就回來然後行李就放前台的 然後我説便宜一點嗎？語氣沒有一點不好的意思，他就説20塊錢 你愛要不要 語氣反正不是非常好 我就跟他説我説一個小時多一點點吧，我説可能吃個飯要晚一點 她説一個小時十幾20分鐘是沒有什麼的

1、隨意調換房間：沒有提前溝通，把提前預訂的房間給了別人
2、洗漱無熱水：房間沒熱水洗澡，應該是和隔壁房間打通天花板，共用熱水器
3、無服務靠自助：打電話給老闆溝通第2點的問題，老闆讓去沒人住的房間洗澡，院子很黑找不到房間，老闆説他不在島上，工作人員下班了….
3、隔音差：由於第2點，導致房間隔音差，隔壁對話、洗漱聲彷彿就在耳邊…下水道流水聲音也很大
4、位置略偏：在小山坡上，不算遠，但晚上蠻黑的。建議住的姐妹們結伴出行，真的會害怕
5、房間裏的衞生間沒有門…
*以上每一個問題單獨出現都還可以接受，加在一起就有點離譜了

房間的廁所窗户是和隔壁房間共用的，也就是説我可以看到隔壁廁所的狀態，洗浴和上廁所都很沒有安全感，並且用電的插座是很破舊的情況，用電很危險，並且衹要自己房間或者其他房間用水都可以都聽到很響的水管流水聲響晚上睡不好。地理位置上她處在山上，要走一段距離，店家是沒有接送服務的不太方便。如果大家要租電動車可以直接在山上租100元/天，這個民宿要價150半天。購買圖片顯示的是兩個獨立床，雖然頁面有描述是雙人床但是還是比較誘導的。

在半山腰的一家民宿，有公共客廳和陽台，望出去風景很好，能看到海景。離碼頭也就八九分鐘，有接送到碼頭的車，老闆也很熱情。是民宿那種裝修，標間床很大，衞生方面估計島上都差不多，還算乾淨。
