一直忘了評價，老闆人非常好，還來碼頭接我們，給我們指路。給這個陌生的小島帶來很多愛。民宿可以燒烤，老闆會準備食材和烤爐。因為這個民宿，給我們這旅行增添了很多美好的回憶。如果有下次的話，肯定還是選擇你們家。

我們是四個大人一小朋友，定了三張大床的房間。剛進去的時候有股黴味，開着門開着窗户通風了一下午就好了。老闆是很和氣的人，接送很及時。我們晚上在梅花灣吃完飯沒交通工具回民宿，電話給他也是很爽快的就來接了。也會順帶我們去想玩的景點。第二天退房後行李寄存在前台，然後想讓他送我們去墾荒紀念碑，我們覺得老是麻煩他很不好意思想算點費用給他，老闆夫妻兩都很客氣的為我們規劃路線説順帶我們過去不收錢。後來我們玩好到碼頭坐船前也是很及時幫忙把行李送到碼頭
早餐有饅頭，雞蛋，炒麪，各種粥類小菜，裏面的蘿蔔丁是我的最愛。

房間還可以，老闆人很好的，碼頭也會接送，我們在甲午巖沒等到公交車，跟老闆説了一聲就去接了我們很爽快的，這裏風景是真的很好，

房子很乾凈，老闆會提前聯繫併到碼頭接到民宿，走的時候也會幫忙送到碼頭。位置離沙灘更近，如果説碼頭是正面的話、沙灘就是在背面的樣子。租電瓶車的地方和民宿也很近，但是衹有兩輪電瓶車，沒有四輪的，租電瓶車的商家人也很好。推薦，也會再來的

第一次來大陳島旅遊，房東很好，開車到碼頭接站。民宿位於土地堂海邊，下面就是沙灘，看海也方便。中間出去玩沒車了，就請老闆來接送。大陳島本來就不大，沒有排隊的地方，主打一個休閑。唯一遺憾沒去成上大陳，應該提前買好票當天去買來不及。

裝修比較新，乾淨，早餐是自家做的饅頭雞蛋玉米鹹菜粥，好吃，離碼頭比較遠，但是有車接送。比碼頭空氣好。
