其他包括服務都還可以，就是樓梯太狹窄不適合長者住，前台阿公説話聽不懂，急人。房間算不上豪華，但是該旅館最好的房間。

酒店地處台州西站對面，位置尚可；酒店是農村自建房，房間設計缺陷較多；床與衞生間等設施、用品品位較低；旅客居住舒適度較差，滿意度、性價比不高。
