環境：這家民宿位置比較高，步行5、6分鐘即到碼頭，很方便。可以很好地看到海景，這一點很贊，可以參考圖3圖4，都是我在民宿前面的觀景台上拍的，環境優美。晚上坐在門外吹海風真的很舒服。
衞生：民宿的衞生尚可。其實卧室的衞生沒有問題，但是衞生間的衞生狀況有些問題，牆面有裂縫導致洗手枱上都有螞蟻在爬。
設施：民宿設施有新有舊，主要還是衞生間的問題吧，淋浴房的玻璃門關上時有較大縫隙，卧室裏的設施其實蠻新的，參考圖2。
服務：服務就是中規中矩，入住的時候前台不在，打了電話後才來的，但主要服務都提供到了。房間裏有二維碼可以點餐送到房間，不過我們沒有試過。
總而言之，這次入住還是令人滿意的，如果我下次有機會再來大陳島，我會願意再次入住這家民宿的

房間雖然比較小，但是還挺乾淨衞生的，小島上這個條件不錯了，價格也能接受，老闆人也很隨和，民宿有個大露台可以看到海，對於想去大陳島旅行且對住宿條件要求不高的朋友來説是一個比較合適的選擇～

地理位置方便，靠近碼頭，靠近鎮中心，總體來説，這個民宿環境還是很好的。這次是和朋友們一起去大陳島玩的，比我去過其他島嶼的民宿的環境更好。但是可能是因為暑假而且是週五晚上，所以可能價格比平時更貴一點，但是，總體來説挺不錯啦！對啦，民宿點的菜還可以，我覺得比島上其他飯店的好吃，大家可以試試老闆的餐館，好吃！！

民宿需要走樓梯，行李多、年紀大不建議這裏。房間內環境一般。看碼頭風景那還不錯。建議老闆換個空調吧，空調壞了。

綜合都不錯、島上物價比較高，但是老闆人超好，有事情都可以找老闆，離碼頭也算近的，我住的複式，窗户外面就是海，還不錯，島上很美，來玩的人一定注意帶長袖長褲啊，島上的海邊有小飛蟲的，咬人很疼、渾身包，記得提前備加強版驅蚊水

位置離船港不遠 藍色的房子比較顯眼 看到別的民宿都有接送 以為老闆會來接 結果告知節日期間車不讓進叫我們走幾步 還好不是很遠 房間挺大 有陽台 可以看到廣場的環境 有個大露台
廁所小一點 設備有點老舊 馬桶發黃

離輪渡碼頭很近，下輪渡走過去5分鐘。要入住要爬個很高很陡的樓梯才能到前台，帶父母去的話，強烈不建議。前台風景不錯，在大陳島算是比較高的位置，視野比較開闊。入住二樓，靠近山，地上有螞蟻。衞生間的門也關不上，環境，真的…很對不起這個價格。望三思。

來大陳島住了一個晚上，民宿地理位置可以，離碼頭很近，還有電動車可以租借，100元一天，動力很強，民宿設施不算很新，躺床上翻身床會咯吱咯吱響，價格也不算便宜，民宿有餐廳，吃飯很方便，有洗衣機可以洗曬衣服，就是沒有早餐，礦泉水不提供要另外買。早餐要去邊上梅花灣那裡吃，民宿建在山坡上，爬坡有點累，不過高處可以看到海，民宿露台可以看到日落，早上可以看到一點點的日出，那天早上5點半我走到民宿露台居然還看到了彩虹🌈，還有像棉花糖一樣的雲朵。早起的人還是有收穫的😝
