The hotel's design and ambiance are excellent, and the staff are very welcoming. We got an upgrade to a garden room, which was spacious with a great view of the mountains – absolutely stunning! The breakfast and late-night snacks offered a good variety, and the location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. This hotel definitely offers great value for money. Highly recommend!

My stay at Jiaojiang 1982 Hotel far exceeded my expectations – I genuinely recommend it! The cultural heritage and vibrant local life of Jiaojiang are captivating. The old streets and alleys hide authentic flavors, and the hotel is within walking distance of the Garden Vegetable Market, offering a dazzling array of fresh seafood and local snacks. Specialties like 'qian gao' (glutinous rice cake) and 'mai you jian' (fried wheat pancake) left a lasting impression, truly a culinary feast in a 'city of mountains and seas.' The hotel's dining was equally surprising. The breakfast featured freshly cooked noodles and made-to-order Taizhou specialty snacks, complemented by freshly ground coffee and fresh fruit – the quality rivals that of a five-star hotel. What's even more heartwarming is the staff's genuine hospitality, from their smiling greetings upon check-in to proactively recommending dining routes and even preparing portable breakfasts for guests catching early flights. Their warmth and attentiveness felt just like family. The room comfort was perfect! The New Chinese design incorporates mountain and sea elements, and the fully smart amenities are convenient and thoughtful. The King Koil mattress paired with a choice of four pillows ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom with a separate wet and dry area and a smart toilet...

I chose Hampton by Hilton in Taizhou for the Charlie Zhou concert, mainly because of the shuttle bus right next to the hotel. It certainly didn't disappoint! Upon checking in, I received Charlie Zhou merchandise, and there was a large standee at the entrance for fans to take photos with – so thoughtful! The breakfast selection was also fantastic, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western pastries. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Taizhou! The most considerate gesture was on the second day when it poured rain during the concert; the hotel prepared ginger tea. A thousand thumbs up! 👍🏻

This hotel in Taizhou was an amazing experience! The room was clean and tidy, and the smart room controls and intelligent toilet were super convenient. The location is excellent, close to Jiaozhi Old Street with beautiful night lights. There are also tons of great food options nearby at the Garden Vegetable Market and Pingqiao Jiepai Snack Street. Upon check-out, they even gave us a Taizhou refrigerator magnet as a souvenir. The lobby offers free snacks and freshly ground coffee, and the breakfast selection was extensive. The service was also very attentive.

A warm bath cleanses away the dust, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed, fatigue quietly melting away [bathtub emoji]. Fresh fruits in the morning, thoughtful gifts – every detail is heartwarming. Only 20 minutes from the high-speed train station, and Taizhou isn't a large city, so everything is just a short trip away.

The rustic decor is unique, and the robot delivery service is a lifesaver. Breakfast is clean and tasty, making for a comfortable stay overall. The disposable toiletries provided peace of mind, and the room was clean and odor-free. Parking was convenient, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The self-service breakfast was warm and satisfying, and the freshly ground coffee added a wonderful touch to the atmosphere. The service was attentive and thorough. As a returning guest, I'm still very satisfied with my second stay.

The room was spotless, I think it might be a newly opened hotel because there wasn't a single stain anywhere. The air conditioning was great. I was in town for Zhou Shen's concert, and they provided a complete set of small gifts, including a mini photo card of Zhou Shen – that was a really thoughtful touch! It's very close to the stadium, just about a 1km walk. The breakfast was decent, with some local specialties. The gym had everything you'd need, and there were six washing machines and dryers. Upon checking out, they even gave us some small fruits, and the front desk staff were very polite and gave small toys to the children.

This hotel, Pullman Taizhou Huahong, opened in July this year, and the facilities are excellent. The hairdryer in the room is a Dyson, with great airflow. The disposable slippers are of good quality, and the bath towels and bathtub are all new, making them very comfortable to use. Perhaps because it's newly opened, there's still a slight odor in the room. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety, even including a fresh juice machine. Check-in was a little slow, but Ms. Anya was very patient and had a great attitude, actively helping to solve problems. Overall, it's a hotel with excellent facilities and a great location. There's a mall downstairs, making dining and shopping convenient. However, because it's newly opened, the service doesn't feel completely coordinated yet and might need more time to streamline. But thankfully, all the staff members have excellent attitudes and are trying hard to do a good job. The value for money is quite good. This stay was a bit rushed, so I didn't get to use the gym or pool. I heard that the gym and pool are outsourced, and you need to bring your own towels.

I chose this hotel for my trip to Taizhou on September 13th to attend Zhou Shen's concert, after comparing several hotels close to the stadium. The staff here were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent with a dedicated counter for Taizhou specialties. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor is a Michelin-starred establishment, offering fresh and delicious dishes; we dined there for both days of our stay. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the high-speed train station, just a 15-minute taxi ride away. Walking to the concert venue took only about twenty minutes. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Taizhou.

This is a relatively well-known five-star hotel in Taizhou. The lobby is spacious, but the rooms are on the smaller side. It's been renovated, so it doesn't feel old, and the facilities are decent, nothing extraordinary. However, the front desk service was terrible – arguably the worst I've encountered in years. We had two rooms booked with an elderly person and a baby, and we specifically requested them to be on the same floor. Despite the hotel not being very busy (it was after the Chinese New Year period), they insisted on putting us on two different floors. Any normal hotel would at least offer a complimentary upgrade for one of the rooms (to a similar-looking room, not necessarily a much better one), but the front desk staff seemed extremely reluctant. After much back and forth, we finally got into our rooms, only to find one had a faucet that leaked like a waterfall when turned on. How can such a significant facility bug go unmaintained and unrecorded by the hotel? Did they want to put us through all this trouble? And then they claimed there were no other rooms available and were unwilling to upgrade us… After over an hour of this ordeal, we were starving. The check-out experience was even more bizarre. We were all packed and ready to check out when we discovered our baby had pooped and needed a diaper change and a wash. Since the baby wasn't cooperating, we called guest services in advance to explain the situation and apologize for a potential 10-minute delay. The staff member said they would relay the message to the front desk and call us back. A few minutes later, guest services called back, saying the front desk insisted that even a one-minute late check-out would incur a charge… I was shocked. We travel frequently and have never encountered such a situation at any other hotel. I expressed my dissatisfaction over the phone. But the baby needed to be cleaned, so if they were going to charge, there was nothing we could do. Then, with just one or two minutes left until 2 PM, we received another call from the front desk urging us to check out… We frantically finished cleaning up, left the room a few minutes after 2 PM, and arrived at the front desk to check out at 2:10 PM. Although the front desk staff was busy with other things and didn't really pay attention, they ultimately didn't charge us. However, the entire experience was terrible. They were so unsympathetic. It wasn't a huge delay, just a few minutes, and we even called ahead, especially considering the special circumstances with a baby… Also, the hotel collected a 1000 RMB deposit from me, promising to refund it within half an hour of check-out. Yet, several hours after leaving the hotel, I still hadn't received the refund. I had to contact Trip.com customer service to get the deposit back. The front desk service, let alone being incomparable to a typical star-rated hotel, was far worse than even hotels like Huazhu Hotels Group's Mercure, Orange Hotel, or Crystal Orange. On the other hand, the housekeeping aunties and their supervisor were very good – extremely polite and understanding. If it weren't for them, my rating would have been even lower.
