Hilton has always been a hotel brand that I prefer to avoid, as it usually feels like more of a four star, than a five star, experience. However, this hotel was really an exception, there’s virtually nothing to fault. The room was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, the staff at check in were friendly, professional and spoke English. If I were to really look for flaws, I find it frustrating that as more and more hotels only supply body wash/shampoo/conditioner in large bottles that are attached to the wall, they only do so in the shower, meaning you can’t access them when using the bath; feels like a pretty big oversight to me. The same with a lack of hand soap by the basin in the lavatory; both basins should have access to hand soap.

Got my room keys quickly. A while later, I was summoned to the front desk for unpaid room fees, only to be told it was a mistake. They apologized. I think although the staff tried hard, they seem a little inexperienced. Working desk top in the room wasn't wiped clean. I have to help myself. Otherwise pleased with the experience in this relatively new hotel.

The new store opened a special offer. At the beginning, I was worried about the taste. After I checked in, I completely dispelled my doubts. The room was clean and tidy, there was no smell of decoration, the air conditioning in the room was very powerful, set to high-speed mode, the temperature was down in four or five minutes, and the low speed was enough to rest at night. The hotel also has a cleaning robot, has been sweeping the floor to vacuum, the sense of technology is full, and the breakfast is very rich. The hotel staff is also very enthusiastic, especially Chen Yitian at the front desk, very enthusiastic and patient. The location of this store is also very good. It takes about three minutes to turn right to the light rail station and one stop to the Taizhou Railway Station. I will choose this hotel next time.

The room is very big, very automated and clean, with a big bathtub. Two cute and festive dragon pendants were given when we checked in during the Spring Festival. The mini bar in the room was also free. The staff contacted us to provide help and feedback before, during and after check-in. Some requests were met as much as possible. The service attitude was very good, and the breakfast was also very rich. The only problem was that it was a bit hot on the day we checked in, because it was winter and the hotel room had no cooling, only heating. The room was so hot that we had to ask for a fan to blow all night. Overall, the reviews are very good and worth recommending.

The hotel's service and facilities are truly excellent and deserve a 5-star rating. The Xin Chào hotel chain has locations in many places, but I was especially impressed with the branch in Taizhou. The reception staff were friendly and spoke English well. Even those who didn’t speak English were very helpful. Whenever I ordered food, the delivery robot was always quick because the staff made sure to load it continuously, unlike other hotels where you sometimes have to wait longer. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Not bad, parking is very convenient at the door. There are many places to eat around, you can try ginger noodles, which warms your stomach🤭. We were arranged a house that is not facing the street and is close to the community, which is very quiet. It feels good!

Facilities: The facilities are quite new, fully equipped, luggage racks, hair dryers, high and low pillows, and everything. Hygienic: Hygiene cleaning is good, this price is the cleanest. Environment: clean and orderly, the surrounding bus stop is very close, and it is convenient to go anywhere! Service: Very good, I feel warm and polite than a five-star hotel! Solving problems is also fast and positive. At first, the room was changed because the air conditioner was not cool, and the customer was not troubled. The clerk had the card and sent it to the room to exchange, and he would patiently ask if there was any dissatisfaction, and exchange it until satisfaction. God, the price of this fast hotel enjoys luxurious service, the stay experience is very good! Extra points, will go again in the future!

A hotel with good health and environment in all aspects, the front desk clerk is also very good, it is very convenient to find food from the hotel, haha, there is a special point... This pillow is very comfortable! Next time I have the opportunity to go to Taizhou, I will stay again ☺️

The room is quite new because it was newly opened this year, but when I checked in, I was given a room close to the elevator. The elevator was so loud that it could be heard in the room. I was a light sleeper and almost didn't sleep all night. Then the breakfast corn smelled rotten. The hard-boiled eggs smell like they were boiled yesterday.

To be honest, this was the first time I took the initiative to write a positive review. When I made the reservation, I just thought that this hotel was newly opened and available for all seasons. I felt that the hotel would be guaranteed in terms of hygiene, but I didn’t expect that the experience it gave me after checking in was amazing. Exceeded my expectations. First of all, the hygiene is nothing to mention, it is very clean, and as a new hotel, there is no decoration smell. The most noteworthy thing is the service. The handsome guy named Qian and a beautiful girl named Ye at the front desk must be praised. When checking in, the handsome guy was very enthusiastic, provided full service, recommended rooms, and finally gave souvenirs. The beautiful woman named Ye is also very considerate and patient. According to our needs, she came up to help us change the sheets and gave us ginger water, which also made us feel warm in a foreign country. Of course, it's not just these two. I can feel their warm and positive service attitude when I call the front desk the rest of the time. Finally, there’s breakfast! I eat well every day, and this breakfast is beyond expectations. I really hope you can keep it up, come on!
