The staff are very nice and always polite and friendly. Upon check-in we are provided with a 8 F room facing another side of the main street. Which is quieter. The room is bright, clean and spacious. Japanese toilet and bath tub. Loved it!!! They offer free laundry services which saved us big time - Very responsive and timely. We were advised to put clothes in the laundry bag and hang outside the door handle after 8am. They picked up and delivered the same day! They offered us complementary fruits each day and a small mooncake during the mid autumn festival. Free bottled water and even a free package of snacks and chocolate before we checked out!!! I highly recommend it if you stay in Taizhou City.

The stay was fantastic! Service was top-notch, and the room was clean and hygienic. The swimming pool was also excellent. All the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, even directing parking at the entrance. Breakfast was superb. Plus, there was a wonderful surprise: the hotel sent a birthday cake, which was quite unexpected.

Had a wonderful experience thanks to the front desk staff. They were welcoming, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism made the check-in and overall stay smooth and pleasant. Highly recommeded!

The right hotel for business trips is really too much to increase the happiness of working cattle and horses! The first three are real shots in the hotel room. The front desk helped upgrade the high-floor view room. The area is super large and the bedding is very good! In the morning, you can see the city skyline by opening the window, and you can instantly cure the fatigue of work. There is a large area by the window where you can relax and drink tea, meditate and read books, eat takeaway, very comfortable! The room speed is super fast, and the video conference is not stuck at all. Downstairs is a 24-hour convenience store, and you can buy hot food late at night. The last three are real shots in the lobby environment. The self-service printing equipment in the lobby is free to use, and there is no need to find a convenience store. The area where the express delivery is placed is also organized, and the express delivery is also safe for a few days on business trips. The lobby also specially set up a daily necessities selection area, which is convenient for guests who do not bring some small daily necessities to use at will. There are rubber bands, single makeup remover wipes, small flower mirrors and some small toiletries, especially intimate. Go out to relax after work at night, this location is also very good, a few kilometers away from Taizhou Station, Zhongshu Pavilion, and Lao Street. I will choose this store next time I come to Taizhou for a business trip!

Service: The service is very good and very warm! The price is still very high, and the surrounding transportation facilities are also convenient! The only downside is that the room hygiene needs to be improved! Including the facilities in the room, you also need to pay attention to maintenance!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect; every detail made me feel incredibly comfortable! Upon arrival, the concierge warmly helped with my luggage, and the front desk staff patiently answered all my questions. They even thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits and a handwritten card, instantly making the check-in feel special. The room design was very stylish, equipped with smart home devices. I could control the curtains and lights with a single touch, and it was so relaxing to binge-watch shows from the soft, large bed. The bathroom featured a smart toilet, and the toiletries were from a well-known fragrance brand. Next to the bathtub, there were even bath salts and flower petals, really setting a luxurious mood. The hotel breakfast was an even bigger surprise, with a wide variety of freshly made specialty noodles, exquisite pastries, and fresh fruits – I could try something different every day. The gym equipment was brand new and open 24 hours, so I could work out anytime. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, surrounded by shopping areas and attractions. Whether for business or leisure, this is the perfect choice, and I will definitely come back again and again!

The location and price are both good and convenient. Hygiene is also clean. There is breakfast, which includes coffee, noodles, and small wontons, which is pretty good for the price. The lights in the elevator room and corridor on the floor where I lived were broken at night. After calling to report the problem, it was not repaired until I checked out the next day. It was very dark. Parking is very convenient, right at the back door of the hotel.

1⃣️ I checked in early on New Year's Eve. There were many people in the hotel that day. When I arrived, because the parking lot of the new car hotel was not open, my friend got off the bus to communicate. The front desk said that the car was full and I was not allowed to enter. Let me stop elsewhere to arrange for myself. I got off the bus to ask, free parking is the service provided by the hotel, if the parking lot is full, the hotel should provide corresponding services, I have encountered many full-staff hotels for the first time to encounter parking. Finally, there is a place to park in it, which is very dissatisfied! 2⃣️ When booking a room, I used points to change the room type upgrade, and the order was in the state where the room type upgrade was confirmed. The front desk said that there was no room and it was not upgraded. Then the room on the platform was upgraded to a level. Finally, the customer service helped to deal with it. The front desk service attitude on duty at night was very poor!

I booked Yunman when planning the trip from Thailand to China. There are so many hotel choices on Trip. I'd like to share why Yunman becomes my final choice. 1. The pictures shown on comments. - From those pictures, I can learned so many things, like cleaness, small designing ideas. They told me many about how serious the hotel owner take this business. - Because I can feel the owner's attitude via those pictures. I can sure the other parts will be no problem also. 2. The descriptions other guests said about the staff - For me, although I don't have many requests to the staff, just hope they can help me checkin well. But the staff in Yunman Hotel, they did great job. Checking-in well is one thing, they introduced me a lot for Taizhou local traditional foods and where I can go for looking. That really satisfied me well. 3. No so chain hotel - Actually I don't like those chain hotel. They makes me feel cold. I don't know how to express this cold feeling. Anyway, all in all, Yunman Hotel is an ideal choice for me.

The front desk service was attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was rich, and transportation was convenient. I will definitely come again next time! The stay was great, the bedding was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was great. Highly recommended!
