"As a business traveler, I am very satisfied with the service of this hotel. The reception was warm and efficient, and the check-in and check-out procedures were very fast. The desk and chair in the room were well designed and very suitable for long work hours. The toiletries were of good quality and provided a high-quality washing and care experience. The only regret was that the air conditioner was a little loud, which affected my sleep at night."
"If you're traveling and have booked a hotel far from the airport, don't worry—Hotel 11 in Tajiri Town, Osaka Prefecture, is the perfect choice. It’s conveniently located near both the train station and the airport. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the station, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the airport. However, if you're carrying a large, heavy suitcase, the rough path might be challenging, but you can easily take a taxi. The hotel itself is spacious, quiet, and clean, offering a comfortable bed with high-quality bedding for a restful stay. It also provides excellent facilities and toiletries. Additionally, it offers a reasonable price for your stay. If you have an early flight, the friendly and helpful reception staff will gladly assist, including arranging a taxi and communicating in English to ensure a stress-free experience."
"Japanese hotels are known for its high hospitality but based on the charge the actual service provided may differ which is a fair argument considering the amount paid. But this is the first one at least for me it feels really worth it. The size the facilities it doesnt feel like i need to compromise with my satisfaction. Love it."

"The hotel is easy to find but the location is a bit remote. Check-in was not clear where to go and what the process was. We found a phone and was able to get in touch with someone (there was a snow storm going on at the same time too so it was not ideal to go around the whole property looking for the check-in counter). They gave us a key and no other information so we relied on trip.com for check-out time
The hotel is a love hotel clear as day. The amenities provided in the room were plentiful and the heating in the room was nice on such a cold day. There was a fridge and tv and slippers.
The bathroom was quite cold so it ****** to take a shower but the water was hot

"It's a little far from the subway station, maybe 14 minutes? But you can cross the road to the sea. There is a big Family Mart downstairs. If you book through Ctrip, the phone number is garbled. Remember to check the reservation code in the email when you check in.
The room is not big, but it can fit two 28-inch suitcases (which will block the way) and there is a small compartment for the suitcase P4. It feels that there are more local tourists when checking in, and breakfast coupons are given! Thank you!"
"Great Room Size but Disturbed by Wind Noise
I stayed at a hotel in Rinku before my flight from Kansai International Airport (KIX) and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a twin room. This room was significantly larger than the one I had booked, and in fact, it was the most spacious room I encountered during my entire stay in Japan. The room was clean, and I appreciated the extra space.
However, my experience was overshadowed by the intense wind noise throughout the night. The sound was so loud that I initially thought someone was rolling their suitcase in the hallway during the midnight hours. It turned out to be just the wind, but it was loud enough to keep me awake. I even asked the receptionist to check the noise, as I was uneasy and initially thought it might be something supernatural. The staff was kind and helpful in addressing my concerns.
While the location is convenient for an early flight, it’s not particularly close to the station, which might be a consideration for travelers relying on public transport. Overall, the hotel is decent, with excellent room size and helpful staff, but the wind noise detracted from my comfort."
"We stayed twice in this hotel, arrival and departure days. This hotel is very convenient and accessible be it from airport or to city as it has free shuttle service. Check in service was great and the receptionist very friendly. Love the onsen as well though I find the onsen water a little too hot when we first tried. Room was clean and well kept."

"The room is very clean, the sheets and quilt covers have a light fragrance. The hotel has self-service check-in and check-out, which is very convenient. It is very quiet at night and I slept very well. There is a 711 convenience store downstairs, which is also convenient for eating. I am very satisfied. It is also very close to the airport. If you have enough time, you can go shopping in the outlet mall. It is pretty good and I am very satisfied."
"The room we got was a double futon on the east room upstair, as we love the traditional Japanese style.
The small space has all the convenient with shared space in common area, small kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer in the same room. Everything were tidy and functionally used all the space avail. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. The host thought of everything and provided every information avail for us tourist to use.
Distance is not too far from Rinku-town station. Only cons (out of everyone control) the stair leading to the station has no elevator, which will be challenging for people with large suitcase. We are light traveler, which is not too bad for our case.
Overall, great little space and affordable, short ride to Kansai Airport and save time traveling to the airport, which is a great plus since security check in at Kansai may take up to 90 mins to get through."
