3-Star Hotels in Takaoka

I'm looking for suggestions that are both budget-friendly and clean. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, but I also need to stick to a tight budget. Any recommendations that balance both would be greatly appreciated. I'm open to various options, as long as they meet these two criteria. Thanks in advance for your help!

A relatively historic hotel, but well maintained, the rooms are relatively large, there are massage chairs, and the breakfast is also good. The hotel location is very close to the Big Buddha. Snowy mountains can be seen outside the room window.

It's a strange style of breakfast. You can choose between Japanese and Western food. Bread and salad are included in the buffet, but the set breakfast is more than enough. It's great that you can access it from the underground passage, and you can also get to the parking lot without going out from the roof.

The location is very good, in front of Shin-Takaoka Station, you can walk from the hotel to the platform in five minutes, there is an AEON shopping mall nearby, the room is spacious, and there is a simple breakfast. The Shinkansen takes more than ten minutes to Kanazawa or Toyama, and you can also take the train to Himami Yuharu here. If you have a JRpass, I strongly recommend staying here, it is a cost-effective choice.
