The hotel's location was decent, and the breakfast was just average. However, the staff were not very helpful and had difficulty communicating in English, which made interactions challenging.

Conveniently located, walk about 10 minutes from the west exit of Takasaki Station towards APA hotel. There are many restaurants in and around the train station.
Breakfast is average, more people during busy hours. Washing machines and dryers are available in the basement lobby.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it's close so I think it's enough.
The room was clean and I thought it was quite spacious for a twin room.
Apparently you need to get a Toyoko Inn card to check in at 3pm.

The breakfast was not to my taste, because our group of four drove, and there were two types of parking spaces. The price of indoor mobile parking spaces was different from that of outdoor parking spaces, 1,000 yen outside and 500 yen indoors, which was cheap but the disadvantage was that you had to wait a minute or two for the car to come out!
