Terrible experience.
I checked in at 21:42 and entered room 301, where I found a stranger's luggage (as shown in the picture).
On the table was a sheet with my name on it (for the same room 301) that said I had checked in at 10:28 AM.
Is it even possible to check in at 10:28 AM? Is this normal for hotel management?
When I asked the front desk, they gave me an incomprehensible explanation: "We issued the wrong name." How could they have made such a mistake so that someone else could check in under my name?
Even when a person who seemed to be a manager came out, they didn't give me a satisfactory explanation.
I ended up being given a different room, but...
The hotel facilities and location were perfect, no complaints.

After checking in, they guided me to the elevator, and after I checked out, they greeted me at the entrance. The service was very good. I even got some candy when I checked out. The bath was good, but I think it would be nice if there was a safe for valuables in the bath.

The location is excellent, 100 meters away from JR Takatsuki Station. Opposite the hotel is Hankyu Mall, which is convenient for eating and drinking! It takes more than 20 minutes to go to Osaka or Kyoto, and the tram fare is 200 to 300. Staying here is a good choice!

It was very convenient as it was close to the station. The large hot spring bath on the top floor was very nice. They even made up for a small mistake I made when making the reservation.
