This "boutique"hotel was horrendous, 1stly the owner was not reachable on the phone number and did not send any codes for self check in, my daughter was left outside for over an hour trying to get hold of her, and eventually knocked a neibouring house and obtained a mobile number for owned so I WhatsApp it and she replied, she then lied telling me she had sent me a message that morning, and then proceeded to say the same thing to another guest who had the same issues that arrived shortly after! The hotel was filthy with public hairs on the toilet and in the bed there was a burn in the mattress, an aerosol on a mattress under the bed, broken temperature dial on the wall hanging off and thats just a few i mention this to the owner and her response was she had upgraded my daughter so "she was getting value for what was paid" no apologies and her attitude was pretty poor and unprofessional! My daughter was extremely overwhelmed and in tears this was meant to be the start to her 1st ever holiday with her bf and 1st ever without me or her dad and it really caused such an incredibly stressful situation that wasnt necessary. I brought my complaint to trip.com who issued me with "points" as compensation for such an awful experience but what I really wanted was a refund from the owner, I honestly hope trip.com stop taking bookings for this incredibly disgusting place!
