"Although it is very retro and old, the service is very good, the hot spring in the large bath is quite good, it is very clean and the layout is grand, without any shabby feeling.
The hotel lobby is really in retro Western style, and it has a unique flavor. Accompanied by the self-service coffee, the sense of happiness is upgraded.
The location is good, you can walk to Takeo Tower Gate and JR Station. This hotel was built in 1910 and can be used as a landmark. Taxi drivers know it."
"Location was the best on my 2 weeks Japan trip. 50 meters from the station. I arrived from Nagasaki by train, 14.40 at the reception and they told me that check in timd is 15.00 and they can store my luggage. An absolute No Go. The hotel rules in South East Asia are mostly check in at 14.00, check out at 12.00. Thats what I hated about Japan. The Onsen was great, breakfast also but this town is dead, I won t come back. I tried to find a place to eat at 5.30pm on a Saturday, every restaurant was closed and the only one open told me reservations only, a polite way for Japanese to tell foreigners they are not wanted."
"The hotel is a 15-minute walk from JR Takeo Onsen Station. I took a taxi to the hotel. When I got off the bus, the driver gave me the receipt and asked me to hand it to the counter staff. Later I learned that the taxi fare to the hotel can be reimbursed by the hotel. This approach is helpful. Guests imagine that it is a pity that there is no relevant information on the Internet. JR has two exits. Since there were not many taxis going to the hotel exit, I had to wait for 15 minutes for a taxi, so I almost considered walking to the hotel. Fortunately, I got a taxi in the end.
The hotel has two bathing areas, one is a natural hot spring, and the other has circulating hot and cold water baths. The natural hot spring is open 24 hours a day, and the other one has opening hours. Even if the hotel is full, everyone's bathing time may be staggered, so when I go to the hot springs by myself, I usually only have one or more guests. My experience was very good and I could enjoy the hot springs peacefully and comfortably.
One room, two meals, book a room one or two months in advance, the price is cheap. Dinner was eaten in the room that day, and breakfast was eaten in the banquet hall the next day. There are rich dishes for dinner, but breakfast is relatively ordinary. The service of the hotel staff is very good and the welcome process makes you feel at home."
"The room needs a ball car to pick up and drop off. The beautiful environment and the service staff are friendly and welcoming. The clean outdoor hot springs are my favorite. The three-day stay is delicious and delicious."
"The location is convenient, very close to the Takeo Gate Tower. There is a supermarket nearby. There are not many restaurants in the evening. There is a free parking lot that can be entered and exited at any time. The two-bed type is clean and comfortable. I did not buy breakfast. There is a supermarket bakery nearby by car. The counter is often not there, but it's okay. question"
"It is said that it was a hotel where the emperor had stayed before, so I chose Shunkeiya. In fact, there are not many hotels to choose from in Takeo Onsen Street. The hotel rooms are quite modern and the bathroom toilets flush automatically.
The dinner is quite sumptuous, and the breakfast is a decent Japanese breakfast. The hot springs are pretty average, one indoor and one outdoor.
Half of the shops on Takeo Onsen Street are open and half are closed, which is a bit depressed. The hotel is about one kilometer away from Takeo Onsen Station. Call the hotel and they will pick you up from the station."
"The hotel has only 10 rooms, the facilities are new, 10 points clean, Japanese style and wind, there is a massage function in the open air, the staff is 10 points good, will call to remind you to eat dinner and breakfast, originally need to leave the hotel early, can not enjoy dinner, The hotel specially arranged breakfast at an early time, very considerate service. And the quality of the food is very high. The water pressure is enough. Arranged to eat in a separate room, private feeling 10 points is sufficient."

"Very traditional Japanese-style hot spring hotel. Although there is no large bath, the three private soup experiences that can be used freely are still very good. The most commendable thing about the hotel is the food cuisine. It is recommended by Michelin. Every meal is amazing and praiseworthy. Every time I go to Japan, I will stay at the hot spring hotel. This experience can be said to be the best. Very recommended."
