Mostly good. Hotel transfer good, was waiting for us when we stepped out at the airport. Breakfast very good, because many food items were rotated every morning, and all service staff were always ready to help out, food items were of good quality. Room was big, bathroom huge, room cleaning good, and I was given a nice birthday surprise in the room. Game activities were a little inadéquate, free bicycle usage was a bit short (1 hour). But all in all, quite good. One item was not so good. A Thai Set Menu was advertised at the lobby, and we were looking forward to it. But each night when we stepped into the restaurant for 4 consecutive nights, we were told that the dinner option was not available, but the lobby advertisement made no mention of when it is available

Give 10/10. - The parking lot in the school is very small, probably 10-12 cars. You have to go to the dirt lot outside. If it rains at night, it's a mess. At night, it's dark and there's not much light. After checking out, Pakki drove me to the car. But the guest must carry and lift the bag up and down by yourself Observed from other guests as well. 3/10 - The room is clean, the mattresses are 3.5 feet apart but do not use a large duvet at all, the bathroom is separated by a curtain and there is no door. The end of the air curtain can pass through the hole into the bathroom. It was too cold to take a shower, the water was not strong. 5/10 - Gym clean and airy 10/10 I would like to ask those involved to improve and develop it as well.

The price is right in the off-season, the breakfast is delicious, I originally planned to stay for a day or two, but ended up staying for a week, the service attitude is impeccable, the room is also very clean, and there is a surf shop next to it, which is suitable for learning surfing

The location of the resort is convenient, just a short distance from the main road, making it easy to travel to the main attractions. The hotel in Khao Lak town is so beautiful. The check-in is very smooth, the environment is super beautiful, and the swimming pool is so comfortable. I booked a two-bedroom villa. The living room is a bit small, and the own swimming pool is not big, but it is just right for children to play. After playing, they can jump directly to the beach to play. The beach is private to the hotel and very quiet. The hotel children's playground is not available, but it is full of good quality wooden toys that can be played for a long time. I don't know why it closes at 5 o'clock. The breakfast variety is not rich, but it is very delicate. There are not many adult activities in the hotel. Muay Thai is recommended. The bicycle (paid) tour is average and not recommended. The disadvantage is that the water temperature of the villa's swimming pool is low. There is shade in the morning but the water is cold. It is super sunny between 10-4 o'clock and you can't go into the water. Then the refrigerator and bathroom are not replenished in time every day. I am not very satisfied with this price. The leftovers were left at the door one night. No one took them away the next morning. A big lizard was attracted. I was scared to death.
