Clean and big beautiful room. Location was right in middle of the main section opposite Baniang Market, starbucks and all the restaurants and massages. 15 mins walk to the beach.
However hardly anyone at the receptionist desk and was lucky there was someone there when i needed to checkout as i had to wait when checking in. Also the room needs a complicated pass code to enter which takes time to get in and is troublesome when carrying luggage or I assume would be difficult if someone is in a rush to get in or impaired at night. Other than that, I would stay again if I'm ever in the area.

We stayed at Bania for two nights and one important thing to know is that the balcony you see on the picture is not in all rooms. Most rooms have an outdoor area that is completely closed in. You can see into your neighbors balcony and a wall.
Otherwise it’s very central if you are keen on that. A lot of restaurants, 7/11, supermarket etc around. Also a 10min scooter ride to Niang Bang beach. 20min ride to Memories beach.
The internet works but not all the time.
Prepare the ear buds. You will hear noise from the street and the neighbors.
The people working there are very helpful. We complained about dirty sheets in the mid of the night and they came and changed it immediately. We really appreciate it. Thank you

Pros of the hotel:
- located opposite 7/11 and the night market, 15 minutes from the beach;
- friendly receptionist;
- spacious room and bathroom, there is a wardrobe, safe, refrigerator, air conditioning, armchairs, coffee table, TV, kettle with tea and coffee, water, large bed, shower gel, soap, shampoo, dental kit in the bathroom;
- despite the location by the road, it is relatively good, you can relax, the noise is not very noticeable.
Cons of the hotel:
- very hard bed and uncomfortable pillows;
- for the first time in hundreds of bookings, we encountered the fact that for an extra blanket in the room they asked for an extra charge of 200 baht per day.
For me, because of the hard bed, the hotel did not fulfill its main task - to relax and sleep well. 2 nights without normal sleep. Plus, the strange story with the blanket is definitely not about the service.

Originally I only planned to stay for one night, but after checking in, I found the environment to be comfortable, the location to be great, and the price/performance ratio to be very high. Check in again. The staff are very friendly. We all really liked the decor of the hotel.
