Our stay at the Khao Lak Marriott Beach Resort & Spa offered a blend of delightful experiences and areas where the resort could enhance its guest experience. The rooms were undeniably beautiful and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing retreat. One of the highlights of our stay was the Italian beach restaurant, which served truly delicious food in a wonderful setting. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, boasting a fantastic selection and complemented by incredibly attentive and friendly staff who made our mornings a pleasure. However, we did have some concerns regarding the main pool located near the beach. During our visit, it appeared that extra pumps were running, seemingly indicating an issue with its cleanliness, as we chose not to swim in it. This was a bit disappointing, as the pool's beachfront location is a major draw. It's worth noting that the hotel still feels relatively new, and while the staff were generally pleasant, it was evident that some are still in the learning process. This was our second visit to the resort, and on both occasions, we were surprised by the lack of any visible management interaction with guests. A simple check-in or check-out greeting from a manager can significantly elevate the guest experience and was noticeably absent. Overall, the Khao Lak Marriott Beach Resort & Spa has the potential to be an exceptional destination. The beautiful accommodations, fantastic Italian restaurant, and outstanding breakfast are significant positives. Addressing the cleanliness concerns with the main pool and increasing management visibility would undoubtedly contribute to a more consistently excellent guest experience. DISAPPOINTED EXPERIENCE AT THAI BAKING COMPANY New hotel, clean and comfortable. Great atmosphere. Staff are friendly and polite. Overall, I was very impressed, except for one of the female staff at the dessert shop. **** A FEMALE STAFF AT “ THAI BAKING COMPANY ” MAKE ME DISAPPOINTED . ( APRIL 23rd ,2025 at about 3 P.M. ) ******* SHE NOT EVEN GREETING OR SUGGEST US . The female staff saw us and ignored us, not even welcoming us or offering any advice on the menu. When we entered the restaurant, she ignored us. We had to try to ask her how to order and the price ourselves. I asked about the Thai dessert menu and how to order or pick up the desserts. She pointed to the place but I didn't know how to pick them up, where to find the plates or utensils, and I had to ask and ask for the utensils to pick up the desserts myself. when we got our dessert, my parents waited for a long time without her even bringing them a fork or plate to use. I tried to ask for a spoon and fork to use for eating the dessert, but she was greeted with an expression that made me feel uncomfortable. My parents felt bad, even my father said that she was acting disrespectful and disinterested because we are Thai. There were many good things that happened at this hotel, but the facial expression and the way that the female staff treated us made us unable to forget that bad situation. This is the newest hotel in Khao Lak, and overall, it is an excellent choice. The room I booked is spacious and well-designed, and it allows easy access to the beach. The hotel's breakfast is varied and of very high quality. I was particularly impressed with the amenities provided in the room, such as snacks and the delightful cartoon-themed towels that changed daily. The hotel's beach is private, peaceful, and clean. Although the hotel is somewhat distant from the Khao Lak center, if you appreciate tranquility and truly want to relax, this is an outstanding option in Khao Lak right now.

1) I booked a sea view room, but was given a room on the fourth floor. It's hard to understand how this room can be called a sea view room. The lower part of the balcony is solid, and the upper part is soil and grass (actually the lobby roof). Can you imagine that when you sit, you can only see a wall. How depressing it is. When you stand, you can barely see the sea through the grass. I'm not talking about discrimination, just talking about the facts. The next day, I moved to the sixth floor, which was a completely different experience. Unfortunately, I saw an update written on the paper? ?
