The staff are so helpful and accommodating! They're always willing to lend a hand and go the extra mile. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the place is very safe and secure. Overall, it's a very nice place to stay, perfect for relaxation and comfort.

This is the best place for its money I have been so far in Khao Lak! Spacious room, modern design where attention paid to every detail. Includes option with or without breakfast. The property has 3 swimming pool, not really huge, but enough. The staff deserves the special mention: very attentive, friendly and professional. They speak good English ＜3

The hotel is so far away from center it so quite we love it 🥰🥰 the staffs are supper friendly especially Aom Oom May Kan and Tod the beach is far from hotel a kilo there have some restaurants around 200 m and also waterfall the breakfast is Japanese style 🤨 it so 👌

We had a great stay. The rooms are amazing for a 3 star hotel, it felt more like 4 star or above. The pool was clean and pleasant. Breakfast could be improved, but understandable with price & category. The staff are amazing though, great hospitality & trying their best to help you out. Thank you.

J' ai déjà séjourné de nombreuses fois à KHAOLAK et connais désormais bien cette ville et ses hôtels. C'est de très loin ma meilleure expérience. Le duplex est plus spacieux que ma maison La grande cuisine est idéale pour les familles nombreuses. Très lumineux et confortable, j' ai pu recevoir plusieurs amis pour passer une soirée devant la grande TV. L' accès direct à la piscine et la grande terrasse m'ont beaucoup plus. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain climatisation et balcon. Et pour finir, j' ai été accueilli très chaleureusement par le personnel de l' hôtel qui a pu répondre a toutes mes questions sur les endroits a visiter. Je tiens à remercier DAVE,GARN,MAY,MAR. Je reviendrai sans hésitation à KOKOTEL KHAOLAK ISARA CASA.

C’est un bon hôtel qui est calm et tranquille. Je viens ici avec mes amis. On a pris la grande chambre pour 4 personnes. C’est très confortable. Pas loin de la plage et le centre-ville. Facile à visiter. Des staff sont gentils et sympathique. Cool!
