This is a beautiful resort. It is a bit large and can take a bit of walking to get around especially if your room is not close to the main lobby. The resort itself is well maintained and up to date, however, the air conditioning in our room was not working as it should but the staff resolved this for us and offered us another room which was great. The breakfast for us was one of the highlights, we loved all the options. The sunsets in Khao Lak are amazing and this hotel sits right on the beach so it’s a wonderful experience watching the sunsets every evening. I would say that the hotel is a bit large and busy and with that you can loose the personal touch, for example we notified them that we were celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary but no nice gestures for offered. The front staff are also a bit abrupt and seems to be occupied but again the hotel is busy so this is expected. Altogether we had a great time and would possibly visit again.

Dirty algae ridden unhealthy main swimming pool.
The beach front swimming pool is the main attraction as its in a remote location with few things to do. If the pool is neglected and unusable why would anyone stay here?
This hotel has slowly deteriorated over the past year, clearly management neglect.

This was my first time at La Flora but I was amazed by everything the hotel had to offer. Great location, great pools, great amenities but most importantly really great staff. The room cleaning service was also impeccable. The perfect place to relax and enjoy a great holiday.

The resort is very good for a couple and family.
Housekeepers is ok, but I hope they have better well train. Overall is good. Facilities are very well. Food are also good.
