Spacious room. Very clean. There is also a swimming pool. Close to Khaolak Center. Easy to find many things to eat.

Khao Lak is a small town and hence our expectations were not too high for the hotel rooms. However, the rooms are much better than the other budget hotels in the area.
When booking, I would advice you to take rooms with the highway view as they are bigger, recently refurbished and very positive.
1st floor rooms have no windows, which they have not advertised. Staff is friendly.

The location is good.
The room is quiet good but on a lot of mosquito inside. We asked stuff for manage it, they give us bug spray, they didn’t manage it before we check in at 4 pm. Then we solve a problem by spray all and going out of the room and back again.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Front desk service very good. Fast response to emails and questions. Helped arrange a car from the airport. Swimming pool also good. Hotel a little far to some restaurants (10 minutes walk).
