We chose the hotel for its price/quality ratio, location and two large swimming pools. The hotel grounds are very large, green, it feels like you are walking in a garden, monitor lizards roam, fish swim, you can feed them. There are two large pools and a slide. The beach is quite good, the lighthouse smooths out the waves a little. There are enough sun loungers, if suddenly there are not enough, the staff puts out more sun loungers, there are swings on the beach. The water is muddy, opaque because the waves lift the sand, a couple of times when there were waves it brought garbage from the sea, but this does not apply to the hotel. In the reviews they write that the hotel is tired, I would say that it has a slightly outdated design, yes, it is, but for us it is not a hindrance. In general, everything is painted, clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly. Towels are changed every day, they give out 2 sets of beach towels so that you always have one clean set. Cleaning is generally normal, as everywhere in Thailand, we are not demanding in this regard. Change of bed linen on request, do not put a sign on the bed, they will change the linen. The usual hair dryer is quite weak, if you want to curl your hair, take your own. A separate plus of the hotel is its location, you can walk along the territory and get out at the poppy - in the center of old Khao Lak. There is a large parking lot for hotel guests. Breakfasts are the same every day, but you can diversify your menu with a lot of different food: sausages, bacon, vegetables, rice, noodles, beans, croutons, pancakes, eggs will be cooked in front of you at your request - scrambled eggs, omelette (with or without filling) or they will bring poached or boiled eggs to the table. Fruits: pineapples, papaya, pitaya, watermelon, melon, coffee from the machine is quite good for a hotel, there are toasters, jams, chocolate paste, in general, quite standard. Next to the hotel there is an O cafe - we went several times, good cuisine and reasonable prices, Thai cuisine, there are European dishes, sandwiches and burgers. We used the laundry services in this cafe 60 baht / kg they return clean and fragrant things the next day. There is a massage nearby and on the beach they also do it like everywhere else, in general it's normal.

I loved this hotel very much. So beautiful garden and view from the chalet! Very spacious and beautifully decorated room. Very quite area and 3 min walk from the beach. Breakfast are pretty good with a lot of options. I ll come back again!

Doesn't provide toothbrush/toothpaste until you request, they also don't give you sufficient as I stayed there 3night, asked to buy my own toothpaste. But location is good if you want to be by the beach else it's kinda far from everywhere, best to have your own transport if you plan to go out, altho there is PAID shuttle service to ban hiang. But this place knows how to squeeze you it's pretty in nowhere. They have a convenience shop at hotel front which is pricey. Cleanliness is ok, but considering old hotel, you get some dirty corners. And bed was tad hard, tv limited channels.

This is my third time staying here. Every time I go, I am impressed. The room is very good. The staff is very nice and cute. There is breakfast. I highly recommend it.

The room is large and each room has a wide view. The only problem is that it is a bit remote. It was dark around 9/10 when I drove to the hotel. The last five kilometers on the road were too scary. I secretly wish there were slippers so I could walk outside in case I went to the beach. Impression: What I liked the most was the bed. It was very comfortable. I wanted to take the bed home. When we checked in, we got 1 key card, but the hotel put another one in the room and turned on the air conditioner, waiting for us to check in. When we came in hot, the room was cool and refreshing.

Impressed from the security guards who helped flag cars and carried our bags. As for the receptionist taking us to the room, he gave a very good recommendation. The restaurant staff are lovely and very helpful in recommending food. The hotel is quiet. I really came to relax. It's not chaotic. I like it very much. Next time will come to stay again.
