A Perfect Beachside Escape Natai Beach Resort was a beautiful and peaceful retreat. The beachfront location was stunning, providing the ultimate relaxation. The food at the restaurants was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return for another stay anytime!

I like to come here very much, like going to a dacha ☺️. The hotel has large and beautiful grounds, very nice to walk around it and has a small private beach. The rooms are always clean and the bed is huge 🫶🏻 I recommend this hotel, maybe we are lucky, but we never caught buses with tourists, so it was super comfortable. A big plus that the pools work for a long time 👌🏻

We were planning to drive to Phuket from Surat Thani and chose to stay here overnight and go to Phuket the next morning. Accommodation is great with elegant design and high quality amenities. No fridge in room but you can use the fridge in the common area. Had a great night's sleep. Couldn't have asked for more. There are some eateries just next to it too. 10/10

I like the calm atmosphere. It's like walking in a foreign city. There are employees ready to serve. Manage hotel reservations through trips I booked on short notice. Everything went well when I checked in and the deputy smiled.

A luxury hotel on a stunning beach. Green area The restaurant and pools are located on the first line on the beach, and absolutely all the villas are across the road, which was a complete surprise. The traffic is not intense, but the constant crossing of the road does not allow you to let your children go to the room alone. There are no people on the beach at all. Only elite villas around. A great place for secluded, measured relaxation. The water is gorgeous, transparent, visibility down 4-5 meters. The beach is long, wide and without garbage (and there are no cleaners). No one bites in the water (on the neighboring beaches of Phuket they eat in the evening at the same time). There are 2 times more sun loungers and umbrellas than people. You can only eat at the hotel, there are no restaurants, cafes or even makashnits within walking distance. The prices are reasonable, the food is varied and delicious.

Natai House is located on the secondary road beside Natai-Khao Pilai Beach, not far from Ban Na Tai Bridge. Along a 100-meter walk from the apartment, you will arrive at a beach with fine white sand and beautiful and clear waters. Natai House rooms are very spacious, equipped with air conditioning, TV, and all Thai channels. Another favorite thing is the hotel swimming pool. There is a restaurant called ”Krua Ink Daeng” in the accommodation, which can order food at an affordable price. In general, I am impressed and I will come here again next time.

Stayed on a journey for one day. Staff are as kind as possible! We arrived very early in the morning, settled us much earlier, have been having coffee, it was very delighted! We are grateful! Good option to stop if you eat far. Located in a quiet, scenic place! Clean, no trash anywhere. The room is also clean. Yes, a little repair is required, but the main cleanliness. If you are on a bike there will be no problems getting to the pier and beach, there are almost no people and very beautiful. Three shops 7/11, laundry, refuelling, local food market, Lotus- I will repeat, on the bike everything at 1-2 minutes, walking will be difficult. There are two bottles of water, no refrigerator and teapot in the room, you can ask for hot water/coffee on the receptacle, wi-fi available yu. We are all arranged

The place is beautiful The beach is amazing The service is poor. The cuisine is average. We had a romatique dinneron the beach - everything was messed up - the service was long, the food was not good. The hot dishes for breakfast were ridiculus - very small and looking unappetizing. As we understood the main chef is italian, but the only once when we had good meal, it was for lunch. The pasta was amazing and it was cooked by the Thai chef. We have booked a pool suite with ocean view. The room was big, beautiful and clean. The pool was big enough, nice, with jacuzzi. But there was no ocean view at all. The room was very far from the beach. When we asked why we didn't get the room we have paid for, the reply was ”we are fully booked”. No refund was done. The staff doesn't speak English. Not easy to ask or order anything.
