Very helpful staff, beautiful, clean room, absolutely great beach, a nice walk along the beach to the turtle pier of Los Organos. Only downsides are lack of warm water in the shower (not really needed) and the restaurant has almost no vegetarian options. Overall very, very nice place to be!

Staff were friendly, and helpful. We arrived early in the morning (05:00) and were given access to the hotel and kindly offered an early check in with our circumstances. Very clean and beautiful hotel right on the beach. Tried some of the calamari too - tasty!

Lo único sería que se pueda mejorar la limpieza de la piscina. El borde de ella tenía un color verdoso, por ello no la llegamos a usar. Después de eso todo estuvo estupendo, es muy lindo tener el acceso al mar cercano y en especial poder escuchar el mismo al dormir y despertar

El lavabo es muy pequeño El desayuno debería ser más temprano. Más variedad en su carta de comida y tragos. Las almohadas muy grandes Lo mejor fue los chilcanos y pisco sour de maracuya del joven Wilson De ahí todo perfecto, espero volver pronto.

La atención de recepción fue estupenda, siempre atentos y amables ya sea por whatsapp o en recepción, el desayuno también fue muy agradable y la vista al mar preciosa me encantó mucho que sea frente al mar, espero volver a ir a disfrutar y pasar un bonito viaje

El hotel es uno para quienes buscan descanso y meditación, no hay actividades en el hotel, no hay música y tampoco te permiten poder tomar en la piscina porque según nos indicaron tuvieron problemas con anteriores huéspedes. El servicio de limpieza en la habitación no fue el adecuado, no limpiaron la ducha ni barrieron la habitación. En si la habitación era súper pequeña y cuando quería ingresar al baño me golpeaba con la puerta por su ubicación. Rescato la atención de Wilson y Alejandro el chef y la compañía de blanca la perrita.

Todo muy lindo ,calmado. excelente ! Un lugar especial para relajarse y disfrutar del mar, el servicio super bueno. La comida excelente al igual que el desayuno.muy recomendado. Gracias wilson y personal me encantó la estadía, muy segura de regresar pronto.

En general muy limpio, el personal muy respetuoso y amable, es más una noche no había luz en el baño y buscaron la mejor solución para que eso no me afectará, el desayuno muy rico, muy buena ubicación frente al mar y a unos minutos del mercado,la plaza y el muelle. Punto a mejorar, el colchón era un poco duro y despertaba con un poco de dolor de cuerpo, la piscina está apta para la la huéspedes apartir de las 10am pero el último dia que me quedé la limpieza la hicieron tarde y ya no pude entrar, creo que también deberian limpiar el área de su sector en el camino hacia la playa ya que hay basura debido a que el mismo mar la arroja, cabe resaltar que nada de estoy me impidio disfrutar de mi estadía y que volvería a este hotel y lo recomendaría a todas mis amistades.
