Stopped by the hotel bar for cocktail after dinner at a nearby restaurant and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The venue itself is stunningly beautiful but it was the bartender that made the experience outstanding. He was friendly, highly professional and clearly highly trained after just 7 years in the job. Nothing was too much trouble and both my old fashioned and my husband's Moscow mule were excellent. I would highly recommend the bar and we will definitely be staying at this hotel next time we are in Tallinn. He is a credit to the profession and the hotel, they are lucky to have him. My only criticism is that the cocktail list could be a little longer.

We had a wonderful stay at The Burman Hotel! The Hotel is recently opened, comfortable, and perfectly located. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere in the spa is relaxing, the staff is super kind and sympathetic. This is a very unique place and definitely the best hotel in Estonia. Breakfast was at the Écrin Restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was the best I have experienced in Estonia.

Настоящее искусство расслабления. Персонал внимательный и тёплый, а завтраки — идеальные, с любовью к деталям. Спасибо за заботу и атмосферу. Уехали наполненные и счастливые. Обязательно вернёмся. ✨
