Excellent hotel. Perfect location, exclusive service, all the staff speaks three languages fluently - Estonian, Russian and English.
If you need a parking lot, there are many slot nearby (6-8 euro per day).
I will definitely recommend and stay all the other times.

The room is not big and the bed is small, but it is clean and has good facilities. The location is better, in the city center and very close to attractions.

The surrounding area is okay, but it is a little difficult to find the hotel. The room is small and there is no air conditioning. It is not hot even if you turn on a small fan. Because I was going to take a cruise in the early morning, I chose this hotel. It is located between the cruise ship and Tallinn Old Town. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the old town and about thirty minutes to walk to the pier. It is close to the shopping mall and is a quiet location. The gate is a bit difficult to find. What’s more surprising is that there are kitchen utensils and tableware for cooking by yourself (this is very friendly to the Chinese stomach when traveling)
