Very nice quality of hotel. Most staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, especially restaurant staff and a very helpful guy called Malindu. Other staff, like house keeping, need further training and should aim to provide better service for a hotel of this quality.

The hotel is relatively new, located close to the sea, with its own beach and beautiful scenery. It is a 15-minute drive from the ancient city. It has its own independent parking garage, just across the road from the hotel. There is also a Persian Kitchen next to it that serves good Iranian barbecue.
The service is very average. I had to call several times to send an ice bucket, slippers, etc., and finally I had to go downstairs myself. The breakfast is also average.
There is also a stilt fisherman on the beach near the hotel.

Spent our wedding Anniversary here, the property is amazing . The staff are very hospitable and nice. Had an incredible experience. Especially, restaurant manager Dinesh, he organized a special candle light dinner for us by the sea with a customized Menu(Veg) as per our dietary requirements to make the night memorable .Will surely recommend them for their hospitality and services.

Looks like a nice hotel with good facilities but once in every thing is annoying from the numbering system of the rooms the inability for guests to actually switch on a TV, switch on the Aircon or do anything technical because there are no instructions anywhere. One couldn't even phone reception because the number was not shown on the phone. Even the availability of food in the restaurant s was confusing A themed Japanese restaurant actually served burgers chips and roast chicken amongst other western food. As well as Japanese food. Having found that the Aircon in the room was too much and switched off it was impossible to switch on again as the screen would not light up. The whole experience was one of frustration and annoyance. Management need to get their act together and quickly. I could go on.! All this spoilt what could have been a nice hotel.in a very good area for a restful holiday

We stayed at the Radisson Collection for 2 nights and it was great! It is a brand new hotel and the service was great from our experience, everyone was super kind and attentive. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the garden,pathways so clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is peaceful yet vibrant, making it ideal for a relaxing day out. You can find a nice spot to set up and enjoy the sunset too. The rooms are stunning with all amenities. The staff are brilliant, friendly and professional. They do an incredible job. They kept smiling and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would say, excellent hospitality. When it comes to food , they have an extensive menu and I felt the chef carefully prepare delicious meals with love for the guests. I highly recommend a stay at Radisson Collection for those who visiting Galle.

My partner and I stayed at RC Galle for 2 nights. I had the honour of proposing to my partner at this beautiful hotel and it was perfect. The staff were incredible and the hotel is stunning - everything came together for an unforgettable trip.
