A recepção foi ótima.
O restaurante também foi muito bom, atendimento do Daniel e Chef Biba, foram muito atenciosos e simpáticos, nota 10.
O quarto estava arrumado e a camareira muito gentil;
Somente a parte de Tv estava péssima, não conseguimos logar e ninguém sabia do problema.

The location is fantastic. The layout of the pool, beach chairs and recliners is perfect. Lot of shade or sun. Fantastic music. Excellent massage at a very reasonable price. Sadly there was construction all around the hotel and from the Pousada next door. Drilling and banding starts at 7 am. The rooms may well be spectacular in the future when the new builds are up but the website and room photos are very misleading. Rooms are shabby and our ground floor room had mould and an old dripping shower. We moved and the room was much better but not like the rooms in the photos as advertised by the hotel. We found the drinks and food poor and overpriced at this hotel. The breakfast had a poor choice and frequently ran out of things. There appears to be no management or leadership on the catering side. Service is poor - we waited 45 minutes for our omelette at breakfast and then gave up, There were only 5 occupied tables in the restaurant area. Plenty of staff but they stand around chatting. Reception staff are polite and accommodating. The swimming pool seemed very murky for the size especially as there were few people using it. We enjoyed our stay as a base and found other places to eat and drink and spend our days.

Service was very attentive. Staff was also well qualified and the food is a must try. Location is also perfect. Right at the heart of Carneiros. Look for Girlene. She'll certainly care for all you need with impeccable attention. We got married there and could not be happier. (Of course, choosing the right person played a very big part hahahah)

We had a fantastic stay here in January 2022 for two nights. With an incredibly relaxed atmosphere, the hotel is based on a fantastic stretch of beach allowing for great swimming, leisurely walks, and great food in the hotel’s restaurant. Service is fantastic and the waiters, reception, and general staff always greet you with a smile and are happy to help at all times. Would fully recommend this hotel to all couples seeking a relaxing, hassle-free stay at Praia de Carneiros.

El lugar maravilloso, increíbles espacios, privacidad, perfecto para ir en familia. Recepcionista con trato muy amable. Comida rica. Las cosas malas son que al ser un lugar algo alejado y poco comercio cerca, debiesen tener la opción de tener en el frigobar cosas para comer, como chocolates u otras cosas, gaseosas y después cobrarlas. También encontré que las habitaciones estaban un poco mal atendidas, es más las sábanas que nos dejaban estaban rotas. También cabe destacar que uno de los días en los cuales almorzamos se equivocaron y nos trajeron una porcion de camarones de más, avisamos a uno de los niños y nos dijo que venía con el plato principal, nosotros extrañados, pero igual nos comimos un par de camarones y después viene otro y nos dice que hubo un error y nos quita los camarones y se los lleva a otra mesa así tal cual ( después que nosotros ya habíamos tocado el alimento) me pareció de muy mal gusto, los de la mesa de al lado no se dieron cuenta que su plato venía de nuestra mesa, y con camarones menos.

Lugar perfeito, ótima localização, comida boa, funcionários super atenciosos, nos sentimos super felizes e em casa, ótimo para relaxar e curtir a família, já nos hospedamos mais de cinco vezes e cada vez dá mais vontade de voltar, em breve estaremos outra vez
