Iguana Surf Condos

Really enjoyed my time at Iguana. Everyone was quite friendly and considerate in the shared room. Oscar, Warren and Anya made our stay much better. Folks loved the dedication of the staff to their surfing advancement, I was doing my own thing. Great location, makes it unnecessary to rent a car. Besides, You are here to surf right...? Muchas Gracias por todo...! Thanks to the Folks at Iguana...! Meet You at the Water Cooler..!!!

My son and I spent the morning learning to surf (for the first time) with Gretel. She was an incredible instructor. The sea was really choppy due to being such a bad storm; we surfed in some of the worst rain locals said. Incredibly wonderful staff. So welcoming. Great command of English and also put up with my broken Spanish. WOULD RECOMMEND OVER AND OVER AND OVER.

My dream was a child was to learn how to surf. Living in the Midwest my whole life has made that dream difficult. But coming to Iguana was the best decision I could have made for this. Luca was my instructor and I will forever be grateful for him. He is a true Soul Surfer and the exact kind of person everyone should take lessons from. He is super chill, extremely knowledgeable, and best of all, your wins are his wins. He is my top recommendation. Seriously, I will always consider him like a brother for helping my dream come true. The hostel itself is also fantastic. It's located right across from the beach and just a 2 minute walk from the best surf break on the beach. The staff, Oscar and Warwick, were a great help in the booking and staying process. Very responsive and understanding. The dorms are great. Safe, secure, nightly turn down. Clean showers with hot water. I met some great people here. I would totally stay here again. I have lived every minute I've been here and don't want to leave.

My experience at Iguana surf shop was exceptional. I stayed in the shared rooms which were very spacious, clean and had enough shower and locker space for everyone. All the staff were friendly and the cleaning staff were constantly tending to the areas. The surf camp itself was phenomenal, my surf instructor manrique went above and beyond for me and the other participants each day, ensuring that our lessons were at the most opportune time every day, and catering the lessons to meet our individual needs and abilities. I had so much fun at iguana surf camp and would definitely go back!

We had such a fun day with Iguana Surf School! We did a two hour private session for our family of five. We had three instructors with us and were surfing well and having a blast at the end. We had a fabulous experience and would highly recommend.
