Had book a king room with a sleeper sofa online for 12 nights due to a work trip. Went to check in and was told the room I booked online doesn’t even exist at this location. That the largest bed was a queen and they had no sleeper sofas because they had been all torn up. We were given a room with two full beds and our room didn’t even have the basics like plates and silverware. We were told we had to pay for all kitchen ware. All other extended stays at the bare minimum offer plates, cups and silverware and you may or may not have to pay to use their cookware. In all hotels after we were there a minimum of 8 days we got room service, but not here. No trash cans at all in the room and no trash bags. We did get one roll of tissue paper. This hotel is definitely one for the books, not in a good way. We travel all the time with work and stay in a lot of hotels throughout the year, but never again at this location.

The staff made it effortless to check in and the house keepers kept the rooms spotless this is a nice get away from the kids and family also they are upgrading the grounds the new mulch and gardens look amazing it really make the hotel colors pop

Great staff. They always take care of me. The rooms are affordable compared to the rest of Tampa. It's close to everything and 5 minutes from the airport. Atmosphere is ok, but the staff and manager make this place. I tell everyone to stay here.

I am deeply disappointed with the state of this establishment. While the front desk worker was probably not entirely at fault, the overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable. We booked two rooms; the first reeked of smoke, so we requested another. Unfortunately, both rooms still had a lingering smell of musk and smoke. The cleanliness was particularly troubling, given the high cost. When we opened the pullout couch, we found crumbs, a shirt and blood stains, which was appalling. I cannot recommend this hotel and sincerely hope they will reach out to offer a refund.

Made my reservation on October 8, 2024 for one night on November 1, 2024, received a confirmation for the reservation. Arrived on November 1 to check in the place was closed because of no water due to hurricane was the excuse. The staff was still working, what were they using for water?. They could have called or sent a email. Left with no reservation or wi-fi in the middle of no-where and a nasty neighbor. Made the reservation through Priceline who also left us with no help. Don't use either of these companies , because they will leave you out in the cold with no help.

The exterior of this place is the only thing that look good. Room had a smell, sheets were dirty had crumbs, body liquids pillow covers had hair and seem to have a black foot mark. Electric outlet were not working. 5 roaches in the room my last straw was when it crawled on my shoulder. Toilet had hair on the seat. Shower had hair. Shower had mold inside . Phone was extremely dirty as you lift. Trying to get a reservation in this hotel is difficult since you can't do it in person only online. They have a sign on the door that if you need anything you have to call the red phone out side. I had been waiting 15 min on the phone just to get clean bed sheets. Also they only provide one small bar soap and expect you to use it for everything. If I can give this place a Zero I would I don't remendar it. Also the complentary breakfast is no longer available and they tell you this after you pay.
