"Love staying at kooralbyn resort although a little disappointed with staff interactions on my most recent trip as I found them to come across very intimidating and abrupt when addressing an unexpected and unexplainable issue which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and bullied which is pretty dissappinting when we spend alot of time and money throughout the year at the resort and would like to continue coming back to stay in the future without feeling like we are no longer welcome there anymore due to an unfortunate/accidental/unexplainable incident we don't feel we should be held responsible for...hopefully will be resolved amicably and we can continue to enjoy returning to the resort many times in the future ."
