Aamywang1123One adult and two children stayed in a double bed with sea view. Unexpectedly, the hotel added an extra bed so we didn't have to share a bed with the older child.
The room has a balcony with a leisure chair on the balcony.
The hotel does not provide bottled water, but each person is given a kettle and needs to go to the designated floor to get water (I remember there are four floors with supporting rooms with water dispensers, ice machines, microwave ovens, and washing machines).
The room is not cleaned every day. I met the housekeeping service twice and she took the initiative to ask when I would check out and whether I wanted to clean. However, she only gave me towels and didn't even change the trash can. Despite this, I still left a $2 tip, hoping that the housekeeping service would take the initiative to change the trash can.

GGuest UserIt seems to be the best value for money hotel! The staff are all very friendly and it's clean!! I didn't see a single bug ㅎㅎ It's just a bit old, which is typical of Guam hotels, but it wasn't dirty or anything. It's a good hotel for students to stay at when they come to visit with their friends!
The location is about a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown area and the beach, so you can get around without having to rent a car ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ The location wasn't bad either! And even if you go far away, you can pay the hotel (around $10-$30) and request a pick-up service, so you can go far away without worrying!
I recommend it👍

Basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and toothbrushes are provided so there are no problems!
The only pajamas available were like a robe so it might be more comfortable if you bring your own!
The water server and the view were what decided my decision to make, but there was also ABC, a hamburger restaurant, an IHOP pancake shop nearby so it was great!

DDatsun95I’ve stayed here several times already.
This time around was great as well as they accommodated my request for a high floor.
There are some gripes with our room though.
There was a nasty sticky red residue on the floor between our twin beds under the security safe tabletop overlooked by too service. Also our AC for our room was freezing and the room was hot. The TV remote was also dead.
I tried calling reception via the room phone but could not reach. I had to call via my cell phone to reach them.
They were able to have a tech come in and change the batteries. I also informed him at the time of the AC. He restarted the AC but to no avail after some time. They were able to relocate us to a room a few doors down.
The new room was much better and up to expectations of what I’ve had the past few visits.
This time however, we did not get the usual free 2 bottles of water in either room. Not sure if it is no longer included but something to think about on the next visit.
Upon check out, one staff at the reception tried to charge me once more when I had already paid via Trip.com. She was also asking me why rent fee was cheaper than normal and I had to inform her about the trip.com reward discounts I had used. She was corrected by another staff and I was good to go after they refunded my security deposit.
Overall, another pleasant experience but not without some gripes here and there.
The pricing for the room and the service from staff and tech was very well worth it. Will definitely stay again. Hopefully a better experience next time.

GGuest UserI always stay at the Hilton when I go to Guam, it's my favorite hotel! It's next to Ypao Beach and there are lots of fish, so it's a highly recommended hotel for snorkelers. The staff are very kind, so you can stay with peace of mind. I look forward to seeing you again!

DDatsun95Immediately greeted by staff upon entry. We were quickly informed of the IHG free membership and given our room cards. We were then kindly directed by staff to the elevator. Elevator controls are on the outside of each floor so you need to keep in mind if chosen wrong floor by accident.
We had selected the Premium King bedroom with ocean view on the 4th floor.
View is nice but would recommend higher floor if you’d like to take pictures of the scenery better. Big Samsung 55 inch wall mounted TV. The TV had options for shoes, hotel information etc. I was hoping to use my Roku to stream but I could not access the HDMI port behind the TV. Free high speed wifi was very convenient. No Password so easy to use. The room itself was great! Many USB and power ports both near bed and desks. You’ll also be pleased with how many light options there are for this room. Great to choose the perfect ambience you want. Very clean and plentiful freebies within. The Robes were high quality and very comfortable.
Aircon controls were easy and very good. Bathroom was immaculate with cold and hot water with many small and large towels.
We had ordered room service and were amazed by the quality of the food. Staff called a few times to confirm the contents of our order when prepping. We were told 45-1hr but food came well within 30 min from kind staff.
I was keen to see the gym amenities. You need your card to access the room in 1st floor.
The gym is small and mainly has cardio machines, dumbbells and 1 master tower band weight machine. All you need for a full workout but may be inconvenient if there are multiple guests wanting to use the room. An extended gym with more equipment would be my biggest recommendation.
Overall we were very happy with our stay! I would visit again in the future for sure. Highly recommend the new Crowne Plaza Hotel.

GGuest UserWe stayed a night in a renovated standard room, then upgraded to a Laguna suite which is the same as 2018. We enjoyed both rooms but prefer the renovated start room. As for management and staff, they were excellent from the front desk, the Point and all the restaurant outlet staff. Manny, Alex, April, Jasmine, and Briana keep up the great service.

Xxin777The size of the room and the location were average, so I thought it was good. There was a Kmart within a 10-minute walk, and an ABC store right next door, so I didn't have any problems. There was also a PROA within another 10 minutes' walk, so I didn't have any trouble finding a place to eat. I thought it was pretty good.

CChristopher FletcherGreat value for money. Cheaper than the majority of other hotels of similar spec and location. Having the beach just a minute or 2 walk from the hotel entrance was a real plus point. The only thing lacking was the pool, which would have added a lot more value if some simple refurbs had modernized it to make it more inviting (tiles surrounding it, deck chairs etc).
Overall, a great trip and I'll definitely book again next time I go to Guam.
