"Excellent location to relax and enjoy the ocean view from where we stayed. Since our vacation was during the Holy Week, the ocean breeze and the waves played ambient sounds for my early morning prayers from the hotels balcony. The whole day was spent strolling around the commercial places which was a stones throw away from the hotel. Nice place to window shop and to buy some stuff for souvenirs. Though I didn’t have much time to go swimming because of the unpredictable rain, I had spent my afternoons waiting for the twilight as the sky dusked and captured the panoramic sunset images in my brain. As for the food, I haven’t tried the hotels restaurant the whole time. It was more fun to explore a good deal of restaurants and diners nearby. Stayed 4 nights at Hyatt and the place is recommendable. Ideal place for family vacation if your goal is to relax, unwind and bond with family and friends."

"We stayed here on a family trip. The breakfast was very plentiful and good! There were a lot of Korean people, so there was a lot of Korean food and it was delicious. The noodles changed every day and were delicious. We were also able to use the Dusit pool, so the kids had fun on the warslide all day. The staff were all kind and friendly. It was a good hotel. The sunset was beautiful."

"I really liked the tatami slippers! Basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and toothbrushes are provided so there are no problems! The only pajamas available were like a robe so it might be more comfortable if you bring your own! The water server and the view were what decided my decision to make, but there was also ABC, a hamburger restaurant, an IHOP pancake shop nearby so it was great!"

"Our family of four stayed in a 3-bedroom panoramic condominium with an ocean view and kitchen. The bathroom ventilation fan was a little loud, but the room was relatively clean and generally comfortable. It was very spacious, so there was plenty of space to store all four of our luggage, and we were able to relax as if we were at home. It was about 10 minutes from the airport, and it was pretty much a straight road. We rented a car, but the parking lot was spacious and inside the building, so we were able to protect ourselves from the wind and rain. I'd like to use it again next time."

"We stayed a night in a renovated standard room, then upgraded to a Laguna suite which is the same as 2018. We enjoyed both rooms but prefer the renovated start room. As for management and staff, they were excellent from the front desk, the Point and all the restaurant outlet staff. Manny, Alex, April, Jasmine, and Briana keep up the great service."

Generally, the hotel can reserve the same day's courses in the morning. In addition to differences in room types, accommodation PICs are also divided into gold cards and silver cards. The main difference is that the gold card includes three meals, while the silver card only includes breakfast. When booking a room on Ctrip, you can only see the meal package price by selecting multiple days. Friends who want to spend time in PIC can choose the gold card. In this place where you can spend US dollars, you can buy three meals for a family with less than one thousand yuan a day. All the restaurants in PIC are of good quality! "I chose this hotel because my stay was short. They didn't have any amenities and didn't have a toothbrush, so when they requested the staff, they went to the related facilities. Staff is very good. Equipment is equivalent to the price."

"overall satisfactory 1 has a simple kitchen with a frying pan, a cooking pot similar to the size of a milk pot. There are clips, knives, and chopping boards, and there are basically dishes for washing dishes. There are forks and spoons. Note there are no knives. 2 There are dining tables, refrigerators, microwave ovens, and electric stoves. You can buy some oil, beef, milk, and fruit to cook for yourself. No coffee machine, no toaster. Boil water in a kettle on the stove. 3 There are two double beds and two single beds in the room, which is more suitable for a family of 6-7 people. 4 The hotel has a swimming pool and free ice near the lobby 5 The nearest beach is the beach of Crowne Plaza across the road."

"Immediately greeted by staff upon entry. We were quickly informed of the IHG free membership and given our room cards. We were then kindly directed by staff to the elevator. Elevator controls are on the outside of each floor so you need to keep in mind if chosen wrong floor by accident. We had selected the Premium King bedroom with ocean view on the 4th floor. View is nice but would recommend higher floor if you’d like to take pictures of the scenery better. Big Samsung 55 inch wall mounted TV. The TV had options for shoes, hotel information etc. I was hoping to use my Roku to stream but I could not access the HDMI port behind the TV. Free high speed wifi was very convenient. No Password so easy to use. The room itself was great! Many USB and power ports both near bed and desks. You’ll also be pleased with how many light options there are for this room. Great to choose the perfect ambience you want. Very clean and plentiful freebies within. The Robes were high quality and very comfortable. Aircon controls were easy and very good. Bathroom was immaculate with cold and hot water with many small and large towels. We had ordered room service and were amazed by the quality of the food. Staff called a few times to confirm the contents of our order when prepping. We were told 45-1hr but food came well within 30 min from kind staff. I was keen to see the gym amenities. You need your card to access the room in 1st floor. The gym is small and mainly has cardio machines, dumbbells and 1 master tower band weight machine. All you need for a full workout but may be inconvenient if there are multiple guests wanting to use the room. An extended gym with more equipment would be my biggest recommendation. Overall we were very happy with our stay! I would visit again in the future for sure. Highly recommend the new Crowne Plaza Hotel."
