Firstly upon arrival my reservation was completely denied by the host and no affort made by the host to overcome the problem. I've to call Trip.com customer service to bring up the issue. Thanks God the customer service was so excellent to solve the issues, within 1/2 hour my booking solved completely. I have to give 5star for the customer service.
But unfortunately the quality of the property I've stayed is bad. Cleanliness of the bathroom is bad and no amenities provided, it just a left over soap which looks very unhygienic.
No plates or glasses provided.
The bed is ok but the pillows is hard and heavy.
The standing fan doesn't work properly
Only 3 pair dirty looks of slippers provided and yet we are 5 of us.
Out side the property it was a bad smell of garbage
Lucky for us becoz it just one night stay.
Only one thing I have to give credit, the shower is good with hot and cold.
