Nuestra experiencia en el lugar fue excelente, supero mis expectativas. La atención es de excelencia, todo el personal super amable, atento y con una hermosa sonrisa. La gastronomía excelente y los servicios del spa 10 puntos. Tiene una vista espectacular donde pudimos disfrutar de un hermoso atardecer.

Hicimos una reserva con la ilusión de merendar y disfrutar el atardecer soñado.. pero esperamos 35 minutos que nos tomarán el pedido .. y además debimos retirarnos ya que no contaban con ningún producto SIN TACC . Muy poco personal , que toma pedidos, retira la vajilla de las mesas y además prepara los pedidos y los lleva a la mesa. Una pena La vista preciosa . Pero nos retiramos sin merendar .

Muy linda vista no te cansas nunca de admirarla y una buena zona de spa con pileta, tumbonas, sauna seco, sauna humedo y muy buen servicio de masajes. En general el Hotel muy bueno. A destacar la atención de todo el personal. La comida esta en precio solo creo que faltarían algunas opciones no tan gourmet. Con eso estaría todo excelente .

Vine a pasar unos dias para descansar y desenchufarme, no conocia Tandil y en el hotel encontré lo que necesitaba. Las vistas desde los espacios comunes son hermosas y el personal tiene amabilidad y predisposición a ayudar en todo momento. Desde los chicos de recepción Facundo, Agustina, Martin y Aldana hasta los que estan en el restaurante Antonella, Francisco, Agustin ,Simon y Nacho que son los que conocí, destacan por su calidad humana. Desayuno y restaurante excelentes.

Un gran lugar. Lo mejor, su ubicación. En la sierra, pero a minutos de auto de la ciudad. La vista es muy linda. Y la atención del personal es muy destacada. Las mejores habitaciones son las que miran al golf. El desayuno es bueno pero podría ser un poquito mejor. Muy buena opción.

El hotel me gustó, si bien hay detalles por mejorar. Excelente atención de Agustina en recepción! La habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado y piso de parquet. Todo limpio y gran amplitud en la habitación que nos tocó. Pero el Spa me pareció limitado y el área de rélax debería tener más reposeras, son pocas para la cantidad de huéspedes que reciben. También le criticaría que no tengan pantuflas y batas a disposición del huésped para acercarse a la pileta. En cuanto al desayuno me pareció pobre, pero rescato el jugo de naranjas que es natural. El salón donde se desayuna, permite gozar del entorno natural que rodea al hotel. Debo aclarar que es un hotel de difícil acceso si no se va con vehículo propio.

Hotel divino y excelente atención! Sin duda volvería! El restaurante muy bueno, el desayuno completo. Impecable todo. Lo único deberían poner batas en todos los cuartos para ir cómodamente al spa y pileta y no que sean para determinadas habitaciones. El resto 10 puntos
