Business Hotels in Tangerang City

Everything was good except for the room cleaning service that did not replenish the exhausted tissues, toiletries such as toothbrushes and head coverings that were not given, and the drinking utensils that I had used were not cleaned😞

As my partner put it. Miles better than the Ibis Budget to which this hotel is cojoined. It was a good choice for an overnight stop at the airport. The room was of a fair size and the bed was comfortable, It was available at the time we checked in and all went well. Didn't use any facilities as it was time for bed. Easy to get grab (even at 6am) or the hotel can get you a car for transfer back to the airport. A few shops / restaurants nearby. A good comfortable nights sleep.

Actually I saw this hotel have really nice reviews, so I booked to prove it. and then surprisingly all the reviews are true. I said that cause they really treat me very well, all of them are very friendly and full of smile. I booked 1 night around Rp.500.000 and I think that’s cheap because the location is near to the airport and also they provide free shuttle transport 24 hours. Foods are delicious also. the room is pretty big with all amenities. I loved to be there. later I will spend my holiday there with my family 🥰. they didn’t paid me to give this review, I promise it 🙂

WiFi is horrible, needs to login everything even though Connect Automatically set on PC. Otherwise, for the price paid, no complaints.

The staff are friendly and understanding, starting from checking in, and checking out. Amazing welcome experience. I am not sure what's the name of receptionist that serve me on the 28/12? Please check your system to convey my thanks to this lady who is so professional, knowing what she's doing, always smiling, 😊 The checking in is so smoothly.From security to restaurant all staff are properly trained 👍I will definitely recommend to all my staff, Relatives, friends. This hotel is a 15-minute drive from CGK Airport. My friend and I stayed there for one night to rest before our early morning flight the following day. The room was nice and spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and quality linens. The staff were very helpful in assisting with my large luggage. Additionally, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Since it is the beggining of December, the hotel has been beautifully decorated for the holiday season, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially in the lobby. The only minor downside was that despite booking a twin room, the bath amenities provided were only for one person, including items like the toothbrush and shower cap.

This is my second stay. Everything else is good. When I returned to the hotel last night and opened the door, I saw a Mickey Mouse flash by quickly. After escaping from the safe, it seemed to disappear near the wall behind the closet. It scared me in the middle of the night. Please pay attention to the rat infestation on the third floor. I guess the inner walls have been hollowed out a lot.
