SsusisuziOverall I enjoyed stay at Aston. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room have balcony view and clean, you can see tall buildings in Bintaro at 9th level room, look with just view straight :). The technology google call also good, though my niece need to try few times to contact restaurant. Not familiar yet with this. Others there's fly came inside when we open balcony, so better keep close the balcony. I'd love to stay again for their hospitality. Thanks Aston~

YYoke SooLow quality service from front desk while checking in. Was given 1 room card & I requested for 1 more card but was told to pay Rp100 ribu as deposit for the card. Only budget hotel requested for deposit for extra card but this is a so called 4 star hotel. Also I booked a Grand Deluxe room not a standard room & a monthly regular customer. For the past 2 years staying there have no issue but seems like the service going backward. Customer service is not up to 4 star rating.

CCenchristianI recently stayed at Swiss-Belcourt Serpong in their Deluxe Double Room for one night. Overall, the experience had its highs and lows.
Pros:
• The Android TV was a great feature, allowing easy access to streaming apps.
• The room itself was spacious, providing plenty of comfort.
• The buffet breakfast was decent, with a variety of options to start the day.
Cons:
• The hotel is located right next to a train rail, so the noise from passing trains was quite frequent and disruptive.
• The toilet floor design was problematic. Water didn’t drain properly, resulting in small puddles that made the bathroom floor wet and uncomfortable.
While the room and amenities were good, the noise and bathroom issues were disappointing. It’s worth considering if you don’t mind train noise and can overlook the bathroom flaw.

CClaypot_HamThe location was great, lots of restaurants nearby and the Living Mall right opposite… pretty much that’s it! The hotel itself was however very disappointing, rather old and the room has a very mouldy musky smell. Despite me spraying perfume around the room , the musky smell was still overwhelmingly. Breakfast was terrible too, very limited options for me as a foreigner. Also food doesn’t look fresh. Even the coffee machine made coffee that was not hot and taste terrible, I took a sip and didn’t want it anymore. It’s so bad that I ordered grab coffee and had cup noodles for breakfast.
