Beautiful hotel, amazing pool, delicious variety of breakfast, overpriced lunch, but be-aware that this hotel is on the outskirts of Tangier, so very far from the centre about 1 hour drive if your lucky with the traffic! also if you don’t have a car then this hotel is not suitable for you, as medina taxis don’t come here, it cost £35 for a vip taxi from the hotel and that’s expensive.

Sorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad

The hotel was very cheap we payed around 35euro. the room was quite big with a bathtub and a nice terrace overlooking the pool. The bellman was extremely nice. Unfortunately the room was dirty, the floor there was dirt on the wall. I called in the afternoon to confirm that the room would be a kind bed. Once we arrived it was twin. We were very tired and it was late, we had to wait that the housekeeping staff come to make à the bed king. He was super nice by the way. Also we were disappointed to not be able to swim at the swimming pool as it was green and extremely dirty w

This hotel should be a relatively cost-effective hotel. It is close to the seaside and has large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room.

The location is average, not good or bad. The overall service is very good. The most important problem is the bath water. It is very small and very cold. It is not hot at all. People who are afraid of the cold and want to take a hot bath may not consider staying here!

Location and hotel service is very good, tidy and clean, will recommend friends to book and will book when I travel Tanger again.

A fantastic Family hotel! the owner of the hotel as well as the staff are absolutely amazing people. They are very friendly and professional and excellent service provided to their guests.
