We thought this would be a great place for the family to relax and enjoy a water park. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. The couch was broken, AC in the room didn’t work. We called and they sent the technician, he needed a couple hours to fix it so was constantly in and out of our space. When we told him about the Internet not working he said his worked fine and did nothing about it. We spoke to the front desk and again it was brushed off. The breakfast was super slow and again we didn’t get served until we told the third waiter we still didn’t get service. There was no compensation for our horrible stay and the didn’t care for our complaints I don’t recommend this place at all. STAY AWAY!

This is one of the worst aqua parks I have ever been to. - You have to pay cash for everything including entry - the sunbeds are an extra 40dhs and that's if you can even find space to put it - the park is so full you can't find space to sit or swim - the queues for the water rides are ridiculously long - the pools are damaged and many are missing tiles - the toilets are disgusting

Super expensive swimming pool 220dh child of 7 years old I paid almost 500 dh only swimming pool access please!! Once we return, we see very dirty basins, broken tiles, coffee with a burnt taste at 20 dh, relaxation at 40 dh 😡😡 toilets and shower which make you want to vomit, 🤮🤮. You find lifeguards who are tired of their work.,, it's Aberrant what these people do!!! Nobody controls them!!!! To flee urgently. and those who see this message, please pass it on to others

A place that doesn't even deserve a star! I have very bad memories of it. I will never forget that a waiter came to ask us to pay the bill at 2am. He scared everyone and especially my 5 year old who couldn't sleep all night. The guy was rude and insolent. In the morning, at the restaurant, total abstinence, no one wanted to serve us breakfast. Shocked, I went to complain and tell them about what happened the day before, but the waiter in question preferred to tell me that he didn't care what I could do. The icing on the cake was that the restaurant manager just coldly apologized to us and told us that he would take care of the rest himself as if he were talking to a 4 year old to calm him down. In short, it was rubbish on his part. Not to mention obviously the state of the room which doesn't even deserve 500dh/per night nor that of the swimming pool (park) which is full to vomit. In short, this place should be avoided.

Very nice destination to rest and relax as a family with young children. Thank you to the young girl at reception for her welcome, her information and her kindness. She made us forget our bad experience in Tangier. The rentals are very good, comfortable rooms and bedding. Very well maintained green spaces and swimming pool and magnificent view of Tangier. Everything is there for children: water park, games room, rides (a little dated). Very large restaurant and varied cuisine. Be careful to bring food or snacks for the children in the water park because nothing is for sale. Too bad no supermarket in the complex. We will come back with pleasure.

Une catastrophe !!!! Ma fille de 5ans s’est gravement blessé a cause de votre infrastructure mal entretenue, je vais poursuivre cette affaire jusqu’au bout.
