Attentive staff gave us a spacious sea-view room. Rooms are quite new and clean. The staff is attentive although not everybody seem to understand English well. Buffet breakfast served - unlike in most places in Morocco.

Smooth check-in and friendly staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The sea view was incredible, making the stay even more enjoyable. A great experience overall!

Upon arrival, they gave me an unreserved apartment, the apartment is not clean, the rooms are badly cleaned, and the management is very bad with the customer. An official complaint was filed against the administration at the police station and shower filter is dirty

من اسوء الشقق الفندقية الي سكنت فيها خدمة سيئة معاملة سيئة من الادارة ما يعرفون يتعاملون مع النزلاء قدمت شكوى المديرة عن الخدمة السيئة وعدم تنظيف الشقة لمدة يومين وكان الرد بطريقة همجية وسوقية لدرجة اني قدمت شكوة رسمية في مركز الشرطة ، تقييمي للفندق واحد من عشرة . لا من ناحية النظافة ولا المعاملة والشقق قديمة وما يستاهل اربع نجوم.

L'appartement était sale et la cuisine est en mauvais état, four en panne, pas d'ustensiles en général, même pas une bouilloire, une poêle ou des cuillères. Tv dans télécommande. On a réclamé 5 fois pour que le technicien nous apporte une télécommande. Bref, une éternité de problèmes pour passer une nuit...à éviter

En effet ayant séjourné dans cette hôtel pendant une période d’une semaine qui s’est écourté à la suite d’une mésaventure qui aurait plus me coûte la vie à moi ainsi qu’aux autres occupants en sachant qu’il y avait des enfants, le chauffe eau qui a été installé peux de temps avant est tombé du plafond dans la mâtiné et celui ci a cassé le plafond ainsi que les wc car il se trouve juste au dessus ( chauffe eau posé à l’horizontale sous le plafond alors que normalement il doit se poser à la verticale) heureusement il n’y avait personne à ce moment précis, aussitôt prévenu la réception n’a eut aucune réaction malgré le danger et aucune explication de leur part sans parler du petit déjeuné qui laisse à désirer
