半夜到酒店，打不開門，一家三口站門口等，打電話過去沒有絲毫抱歉的態度，在走廊站了10分鐘保安送來門卡才打開門，一進房間就看見厚厚一層灰的門鎖，地上的彩紙，連小度上都是灰和水印，更不敢摸床頭了，房間水藏在櫃子裏，可能是不捨得給人喝，洗手池附近無插頭，拎着吹風機到處找插頭。床邊衹有一個插頭，雙床房是不是應該有兩個手機需要充電呢，另一個插頭離得更遠，總之要不是其他酒店沒有一大一小床這種房型根本不會選擇，太差了，附上水印照片，省的説是惡意差評。早餐更是慘不忍睹，員工食堂都不為過，連照片都不想拍

整體非常滿意，室內設計也很有特色，整體色彩搭配很舒服，家裡長者一直讚美，唯一一點就是停車位緊張，好在酒店工作人員出來幫忙指揮，也有幫挪車，下回來唐山可以成為第一首選😊
設施：房間設施比較齊全，就是手持花灑水流有點小，剛開始熱水來的比較慢，放了好一會。空調的控制面板不亮，按鍵沒反應，好在天氣不是很冷，所以開不開無所謂，電視不能投屏，這都是小問題，可以接受。
衞生：整體環境衞生很乾凈
環境：乾淨整潔
服務：酒店工作人員很專業，辦理入住也很利落

剛入住了喆啡酒店，整體體驗非常滿意！前台工作人員熱情專業，辦理入住時主動介紹了酒店設施和周邊景點，還貼心升級了房型。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，尤其是浴室的水壓和熱水穩定性讓人印象深刻。
