This is the first bad review ever given to your home by Ctrip! I also blame myself for not believing the bad reviews from other travelers before booking the hotel. I experienced it myself and found that from check-in to check-out, all the waiters never smiled at any customers. They basically didn't look up and never looked at the customer service. The room was extremely old, the only USB port was broken, and there was no charging plug. The front desk said there were chargeable power banks, but I laughed! I found the manager and she asked me to lend her personal one to use. There was a spider in the bathroom. As soon as I turned on the water to take a shower, the sewer smelled, and! The constant temperature shower was extremely cold, and the water flow was very small. It was very difficult to take a shower. The air conditioner was set to 30 degrees. I had it on all night, but when I woke up in the morning the room temperature was only 23 degrees. I stayed in bed the entire time I was in the room. The manager said he wanted to change my room, but it was almost 11 o'clock. How could I change it? The worst choice, probably just a hotel standard
