The overall location and environment are OK. The facilities are a little old but it's OK. However, there is one negative comment. When I took my child to the restaurant for dinner in the morning, the small spoon for feeding the child was left on the plate. The staff took it away and threw it away. They said they would find it and reply later, but there was no movement. The child is only one year old and has been using a special small spoon for eating. It was very troublesome to eat for the next two days. I am very dissatisfied with the service awareness of the restaurant staff.

旅行出遊，第一次入住維也納，帶家人小孩出門總是忙忙碌碌，一個人照顧一家子，但是這次在酒店的體驗出乎意料，尤其是17層的工作人員姐姐，很貼心照顧小朋友，擔心小朋友沒合適的食物，還特意給做了雞蛋羹。湯麪區的小姐姐也很好，特意把麪條煮軟些。最後一天因為高鐵較晚，還延長了兩個小時的退房。總之，這家酒店的設施和衞生在唐山屬於中上乘，位置也很好，最難能可貴的是服務意識強，以後再來會再選擇。

The room was very new but not decorated and was very clean and tidy. The breakfast is also rich. ⛰️Tangshan: One of the best cities in Hebei Province, with a very high GDP, which can be seen from the city construction, clean and tidy, and good greening. 📌Hotel location: downtown area, the buildings next to it look good. We were in a hurry to spend the night and didn't have a chance to go around. It should be convenient to go anywhere. The hotel has a parking lot, which is very convenient for self-driving. 🍚Breakfast: The breakfast is very good, with rich choices. There is a stall that cooks fresh flour, and there are both Chinese and Western styles in the self-service area.

It’s not the best accommodation to have experienced but it’s definitely not the worst one to have experienced so it’s rather average for me and my family to have experienced yet.

There is a bathtub for this price, which is so touching. The family took a bath comfortably, but the water temperature was low at the beginning, and the first person's bath was not very warm. The soundproofing is a bit poor. The big brother next door was on the phone until 3 in the morning. After snoring, the sound was loud, which was not very nice. In addition, the smell of cigarette smoke entered the room from time to time. Overall I am very satisfied and hope the shortcomings can be improved as much as possible.

The lobby has a faint smell of the restaurant kitchen ~ The room is very clean, and you can see that the cleaning lady is very attentive 👍🏻 The front desk lady upgraded the suite for free, and the room came with a hot spring ticket! But to be honest, the hot spring is really not very good, there is a smell of stinky feet, and the water is turbid and greasy... I went in for a minute and came out to wash immediately! But overall, the hotel is very cost-effective!!!

The overall hygiene is clean, the linen is white and free of dirt, 2 bottles of water are given, the breakfast is OK, there are many kinds of staple food, the dishes are few and a little cold, there are many places to eat around, and Lanzhou Ramen is delicious. Disadvantages: The quality of disposable consumables such as toilet paper and toothbrushes is slightly poor. Many hotels have become smart and can be renovated and upgraded with improved functions.

設施：軟硬件設施 地理位置 確實對得起價位 無可挑剔 衞生：五一期間 客流量大 細節方面可以理解但是也可以做的更好 服務：FO的工作很不錯 可以關注到小朋友 細節方面可以做到再用心些 先自行檢查訂單是否含早餐 再給出建議 酒店住沒問題 該誇的都是實打實的好 但是早餐真的算了 🙅🏻♀️🙅🏻♀️🙅🏻♀️🙅🏻♀️下面説一下不算完美的體驗 這家酒店員工處理突發問題的能力真的是讓我瞠目結舌 2號早餐 進去沒人問房號 沒人領位 酒店體量小 桌子沒幾張 我都能理解 畢竟是節假日…但是可不可以安排一個工作人員 在門口解釋一下“現在用餐高峯 您可以打包回房間”？能不能有人關注一下 我們帶着孩子舉着盤子等在別人桌子旁？能不能不要我們去問再告訴我沒多餘位置？能不能及時補補盤子？能不能收了臟桌子把臟桌墊也收走？能不能不讓無理的客人在餐廳大喊大叫 指着我的桌子讓別人來拼桌？ 如果不是我投訴提出我要取消3號早餐的訴求 這一早上怕都沒人理會我這個消費者的心情…前台給我打電話 在沒理解我的訴求下 被我掛斷了電話 第二次致電我無外乎告訴我 “經過和值班經理溝通 把兩天早餐退費給我 並且不要寫差評哦”…有人可能會説 28一位的早餐 你要什麼自行車？ 但是我想説：如果加收了15%的税費和服務費 並且五一期間房費並不低的情況下 體驗感不佳 無論是提出退費還是實打實的評價 這是我應當享受的權利和義務… 但是我要感謝攜程的後台 第一時間安撫我 處理我的投訴 給出相應的解決方法
