房間整體還可以，但是服務很差，走路累了想要個前台問一個指甲剪，沒有就是了，説酒店不讓備，安全（這個太搞笑，沒有就是，非説不讓備），感覺我們來消費是賺他便宜了。七星瓢蟲太多，早晨起來在陽台襪子涼的也有，走廊一股味道，可能是隔壁發酵藍莓的味道。整體感覺很一般。

啊啊啊 出門玩這麼多年，真心要吐個槽。
10月1號國慶節晚上入住湯旺九鑫松悦酒店
我入住的這天晚上四度，我這個家庭房是兩面玻璃的。
要凍死了整個酒店沒有空調，沒有供暖設備，就連充電口都特別少，衹有三個
據説是集體供暖，但是還沒有開始供暖，那沒有開始供暖這麼冷的話你就別接遊客了唄。
媽呀，凍死了要，感覺沒有比外邊暖和多少度

房間空間超級無敵大，比一般都房間空高都要高，但是，不知道是不是因為我們房間在最邊上的原因，比這次住的其他賓館都冷……好在跟前台多要了一床被子。
位置不是最中心，但是很安靜，也挺好

選了很久選了這家酒店，個人覺得這個價格上，這家酒店是最好的選擇了。確實也沒有很失望，基本上達到了預期。雖然定的是普通的標間，但是房間非常大，很乾凈，裝修檔次和各項物品也都是酒店的規格，這個旺季連小旅館也都要好幾百的，這個酒店是相當不錯了！

這個地方的晚上非常涼快，需要穿比較厚的長袖外套，否則會冷。工作人員服務態度比較好，需要什麼都會立刻響應滿足，對服務還是很滿意的。早餐可以去酒店餐廳吃自助，也挺方便的。晚上可以去附近溜達散步，偶爾酒店門口會有篝火晚會，可以免費聽音樂，很棒！

房間牆上電插孔就兩個，一個在大床的中間，一個在兩個沙發之間的位置，關鍵這個位置不上不下，熱水壺插上了既放不到地上也放不在窗台和沙發扶手上，建議直接給房間放一個線板，想打電話讓前台送一個，結果，哈哈哈，電話是擺設壓根沒有線。

非常垃圾。
進到房間看到洗手間的水池上有頭髮。然後又看到馬桶上有根毛。真挺噁心的。床頭都是灰，枕頭也不是很乾凈。委婉的問了服務員可不可以換房間。服務員説不可以，都定🈵了
ok，那就都可以將就。於是發現機頂盒沒有插卡，根本看不了電視，發現屋內座機也是壞的。用手機撥通前台電話，前台還不相信。最後扭扭捏捏又聯繫另一個服務員來安的卡。打開窗户映入眼簾的不是美景，是垃圾！
半夜叫醒你的是火車🚞
晚上用手機撥打前台，跟她要衞生紙，前台要我自己去取。我的天吶，我驚呆了。那為什麼不能在每個房間多放一些衞生紙？我從不評價酒店，但是這真是次。
旺季旅行不是你們服務打折的藉口。

去過很多地方，住過很多酒店，這一家酒店一星都不想給，真的是從衞生到服務一塌糊塗，玩了一天很累了，長者想早點休息，不曾想店家晚上在酒店停車場搞了個篝火晚會，影響+卡拉OK聲音巨響，和店家領導溝通，希望噪音能輕一點，長者要休息，聲音希望不要超過房間內電視劇的聲音，店家領導居然指着我們要我們報警處理，要顧客報警處理，我們報警了，警察備案了，責令店家音響調低，店家音響調到原本的30%，依舊十分吵鬧，可以看視頻。第一次碰到蠻橫的店家。房間的桌子上厚厚一層灰，床邊有一坨一坨毛絨絨的積灰，廁所裏有損壞物品價目表，服務很差，有顧客投訴送的水快過期了，房間裏的礦泉水一捏漏的，瓶身也扁的，問前台換，前台很輕描淡寫的説摔了一下不影響喝，勉強換新的。
