酒店位置很好，離湯旺河林海石林景區很近，酒店有很大的停車場，對自駕人士很友好。酒店的服務意識很好，一切為客人着想，前台接待美女劉威女士待人熱情，真誠，使人有賓至如歸的感覺。由於現在是淡季，酒店不提供早餐，劉威女士看我們風塵僕僕很辛苦，積極聯繫餐廳，為我們安排了非常美味的早餐，特別感謝。酒店客房也是乾淨整潔，床品舒服。

酒店還是蠻好的，房間很大，全是木頭的，蠻大氣，房間的門鎖也很有特色，住在森林裏的感覺，就是一晚上停了三次電，不過服務員態度特別好

性價比超高，酒店超級豪橫，實木，各種實木。餐廳也很大，還能免費KTV！酒店的超市也是平價，非常非常親民。大人小孩都玩得開，孩子跑了好多趟，活動空間超大的。

山莊非常好，房間好、餐飲好、服務好。我們是四户家庭結伴出行，山莊離湯旺河景區很近，周邊雪景也很美，裏面的山珍超市產品很豐富，一站式購齊所有特產。

湯旺河火爆的酒店之一，晚上到酒店時大廳還在人來人往，有辦酒席婚禮的，服務員忙得暈頭轉向了，房間設施不錯，隔音保暖都非常好，全木質結構有質感，衞生也不錯，餐廳飯菜價格偏貴，是最近在伊春各個鄉鎮單價菜品最貴的店了，東北物價偏低，價格也屬於正常，比起外面貴了不少。

原木風，乾淨簡潔，挺好的，有自己的風格。隔音效果一般，希望改進的是衞生間的淋浴系統，入住的時候前台有提示不要連續多人使用，需要間隔時間加熱。但是，這個淋浴衹有圖片裏顯示的一種形式，需要把手伸進去打開，然後迅速縮回來，等有熱水才進去，而因為安裝得非常高，中間熱水損耗大，水也容易越過玻璃，直接噴出淋浴間。

在去湯旺河石林景區的路上，朝主路的房型視野好，隨時能看見五花山。房間內有較多的花大姐，有一衹還飛到床上了。熱水器不好用，出水量很大打身上很痛，而且要麼很熱要麼很冷。晚上也不知道有沒有供暖，給我凍感冒了。看網上也有別的網友吐槽冷。早餐結束比較早，如果趕得上第二天早上再去前台購買即可。很差強人意的一次住宿不過在湯旺河可能算相對正規的了。

看評論説這家是當地最好的酒店，看規模也挺大的，特意慕名訂的，結果第一晚入住就出現了洗澡間下水道被不知道哪的塑料袋堵無法排水的情況，非常噁心。酒店出現這種情況實在不應該！後跟酒店溝通倒是果斷給換了房，但陰影還在，體驗總體很差。
