However, I would rate my stay 6/10, as there are several areas that need improvement. Swimming Pool Experience: While we respected the rule of wearing swimming caps, the caps provided were reused, still wet, and had an unpleasant smell. This was quite unhygienic and should be addressed. Towel Policy: We were required to register when entering the pool, which was fine. However, the restriction on bringing the towel back to the hotel room was inconvenient, as we had to return it while still wet. Facility Access Issues: The Kids' Room and Gym were inaccessible as our access card did not work, no hotel staff inside as well. This was frustrating since we were unable to use these amenities. Renovation Disturbance: The hotel was surrounded by renovation noises, which made it difficult to fully relax during our stay."
