I had a great two-night stay at Alltrue. The staff were friendly though not of them can speak English. The location was peaceful, and the room was spacious and clean. Facilities like the spa, gym, and sauna were excellent, and the buffet breakfast had plenty of delicious options. Highly recommended!

Neat and tidy. Located in city center thus convenient to get to the port upon departure.
On the first night the room that we were allocated had a leakage of water from the ceilings so they immediately got us another room ready.
-Okay selection of breakfast options
-Food menu and prices from their restaurant is good price (though I didn’t order any 😅)

Everything consider good, just the room got clogged after shower, location not easy to look for if never search properly but it is quite near to the ferry terminal.

Hotel room is decent enough for a standard type. Room was clean. Aircon and wifi working well. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Location a bit off. Main shops are 5-10 mins walking distance. Need to book grab bike or car to go get basic items.

We enjoyed the trip. Stay at the hotel was comfortable but there was very little consideration
for elderly & disabled guests. To supplement that, all the staff were friendly, helpful and very polite.
Few things that could be better although they are good:
1. All white towels that were provided should be brilliant white in colour for confidence to use it safely.
2. At breakfast, bread could be fresher than dried out. Pulut Hitam buboh could be served warm.
Otherwise there was a good spread of food.
3. Outside at the entrance to the road, a short ramp would be helpful for elderly & disabled guests.
Food was tasty & presented well.
