The location is strategic and is easy to locate this apartment. The staffs are friendly and nice.

GGuest UserThis suite is so cozy! Bathroom was so spacious and come with a bath tub! We enjoyed our stay here and decided to come back in the afternoon after some morning food hunt and to stay away from the heat , watching Netflix ,recharge enough before we go out for dinner. Upstairs room have a really spacious balcony ,I’m guessing they will put in some chairs and table in the future. Overall ,good experience as it’s still new and just behind McDonald’s but be ready to stuck in the jam as it located right beside the main road of Tanjung Tokong.

The Good Stuff
The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated with subtle jazz elements that gave it character without being over the top. I had a great night’s sleep thanks to the comfy bed and blackout curtains. The views from the upper floors, especially at sunset, are gorgeous.
The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight—perfect for a quiet dip or just lounging while taking in the city and sea views. The gym next to it was clean and well-maintained too, though not massive.
Service & Atmosphere
The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was quick, and housekeeping was consistent. The jazz-inspired theme throughout the hotel added a nice artistic touch, though it would’ve been cool to have a bit more live music or events to really bring it to life.
Minor Drawbacks
While the hotel is in a good spot, it’s not directly in the heart of the action—you’ll need a short drive to get to George Town or Batu Ferringhi. Also, parking can get a bit tight during peak hours.
Final Thoughts
Jazz Hotel Penang is a solid choice for travelers who want a sleek, relaxing stay with a unique personality. It’s not perfect, but it hits a lot of high notes and I’d happily stay again.

NNurlinaMZWe loved this house very much! Rarely find this kind of BNB actually especially during last minute booking.
It was a great option especially for family with kids.
What we loved about this house:
1) Great setup of bedrooms with playground and variety of toys.
2) Got 4 queen beds and comfortable pillows. Cozy bedrooms.
3) Equipped with electrical items (hairdryer, iron + iron board, microwave, kettle, fridge, cooking pans, plates, utensils, etc.)
4) Huge tv projector and cozy sofa.
5) Bathrooms with toothbrush sets, tissues.
6) Very nice view especially at night.
7) Convenient parking, very helpful and attentive staff & security.
8) Easy check in and early check out.
9) Housekeeping is available upon request.
10) Food servings option is also available.
Some improvement suggestions:
1) Bathroom needs to be thoroughly cleaned (toilet bowl, corner of the wall).
2) Limited lifts per floor. Only 3 lifts for 41 floors. But still manageable to get lift on time.
3) May be better if can install wall fan in the bedrooms (to dry out the damp floor).
4) Also, much better if the unit has a washing machine option.
Overall, we were very happy with the stay. Once in a lifetime for having great BNB like this. Very recommended!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Luna Hotel, and I must say, everything about my experience was simply perfect.
The hotel has set a high standard in every aspect. The Wi-Fi connection was impressively strong, making it effortless to stay connected. The air-conditioning was just right, providing a comfortable and refreshing escape from the heat outside. My room was exceptionally clean and spacious, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to ensure maximum comfort.
What truly stood out was the helpfulness of the management team, who went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Their professionalism and genuine care for guests are commendable.
Without a doubt, I will be coming back to stay at Luna Hotel again. If you’re looking for a place that combines top-notch service, modern amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere, Luna Hotel is the perfect choice!

AAriventharRooms were kept well and clean. Toilets were clean as well. Besides the room, there is a desert place a stone throw away and a fast food restaurant. Gurney Drive is about a 5 minute walk. We could get take aways from the hawker stalls and enjoy in the room as there were utensils provided as well as a microwave. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

BBryan KrisThe host of Little Cabin ( the caretaker of the unit) required my personal information thru WhatsApp prior to checking in. While I had booked thru trip.com, it was baseless for me to provide personal details thru WhatsApp. Upon checking in at the Little Cabin office, the host had sent me a PDF file of the car park and check in guide which was an unsecured file to be viewed. The same was conveyed to the host who took no further action. Location - a busy area during peak hours, surrounded by eateries, supermarket, convenience store & mall. Accommodation - Nice view, quiet environment, clean interior except for the TV control(s) which was damaged and TV had no signal. I made a WatsApp Complaint with photos to the host, but no action was taken. Rest was all well.
