管理混亂，在網上定了家庭房，帶早餐，入住時也和服務員缺認了的。可早晨和家人去吃早餐，確告訴我們不包括早餐要付費，跟總枱缺認也説沒有，真是無語，找經理説經理不在，雖然也讓吃了，感覺我們是來佔便宜的。。不會再來了
