We had a wonderful stay at the El Monte Sagrado hotel. We had mistakenly booked an accessible room, and wanted a tub in our room. Amy at the front desk was extremely helpful, and switched us into another room, brought us new keys and escorted us to a room with a wonderful tub. We were there on the last night of our honeymoon, and the staff added wonderful little perks and touches to make our honeymoon extra special. When it started raining, the valet staff had complimentary umbrellas on hand for our trip into town. In short, The El Monte Sagrado is a wonderful place with great service!

They charged a 37 dollar fee at the hotel for things we did not use like gym, yoga and and spa which check in was at 4 check out 11 spa is open 11 to 6

Stay was excellent. Be prepared to valet your vehicle every time you come and go. Valet staff was excellent and friendly but was a little tedious to have this policy.

I only stayed for one night. So I didn’t get up properly experience everything this place has to offer. In my short time there, everything was done to perfection.

Retirement vacation
It was a vacation traveling for our retirement. We stayed one night. We had a little wait checking with they had trouble with the computer. But the check in host bought us a drink for having us wait. The room was nice with the big bath tub. We ate dinner in the restaurant, they were short handed and the waitress seemed to be new. She brought the wrong bottle of wine but if was too late because we started drinking it and notice
It was sweeter than we like. The food was decent. The restaurant was a little disappointing due to the cost of the room.

Beautiful property, close to the Plaza ( shops and restaurants) friendly staff and a bar/ restaurant on site. We would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly staff, helpful shuttle around the city. The bathroom is large and well designed. The room could use some renovation- e.g. , replace the carpet with tiles.

Just okay. Peaceful property but could do without the doggie bag station just outside our patio. Resented paying valet for a car parked 50 feet in front of the entrance. Dinner was excellent; server got lost when we asked for a wine list. Bartender and maitre’d lost their mind when I merely asked to take two cocktail glasses in plain sight to my room. I was admonished by both and told to call room service next time. Otherwise fine.
